我家的墙上地砖全部都还没有抹的。　就是为了等他们的地砖，所以我的厨房都没有装修。等咯！好彩我没有煮饭。　其实我和你们一样。我是因为等不及了才搬家的。也是想象你们一样，一切弄好了才搬家。

Good day, My Name is Jeremy Wong XXXX ,ic- XXXXXXXX. I having a problem regarding my new unit located at PV10, Platinum Lake Condominium at Danao Kota near JPJ, where i get my key at first week of March, and i report my defect on my about 50% wall of toilet  are hollowed tiles, and i submit my defect list on 22/3/2008 and they promise me to fix in 2 weeks times. but now i can't even see one tiles are fixed where now already 10/5/2008 about 2 month time already, and i alredy plan to move in by june and need to house are ready on 20/05/2008. the reason deevloper gave me is they are short of tiles at he middle month of april and promise me the tiles is arrived at end of april.

I already no place to sleep since i already need to move out my current rent unit by 31/5/2008. can i request them to compensate any cost of living of me if they can't delivery the house by 20/5/2008 since i need  about 10 ten to move to my unit from 20/5/2008 to 31/5/2008, at the same time i also plan to rent 2 room of the unit to my friend, where i promise them can move in by 25/5/2008, where i alredy receive deposite from them, is that can claim also if they really can't delivery the unit to me.
And they also start to collect the maintanance fee since march but where there is not power and water supplier until end of april only got water and power, and no any facility open like swiming pool, where the swiming pool only open at may. can i claim the maintanance fee back as well?
I think i qutie hard to express clearly in word, if you need me to call please let me know i can call to you.
