简大, bench press开的太宽意思是,barbell下时不要太考近胸吗?

受伤了最重要立即停止运动,然后敷冰。严重的话最好吃消炎药,然后休息直到伤患没痛,再做复健来恢复机动力。

我也不太会讲解,一种feel来的,就是要稳,胸部要有在动,
不是指靠不靠近胸,推多重等等 .........

一个月前我也伤到右肩膀,不管穿衣梳头,总之一举起手就会痛。
我有去见骨科专科,应该是轻微所以不用打针吃药,只是有给药膏,还有gym rubber
band给你做复原运动。
总之放下一切,别再练了。用你休息的时候再回顾之前的plan,再plan下“伤后的
lifting plan”,伤好了后才继续练。
复原后Bench Press别握太宽太重,有肩膀宽度就行了,练强了再加重也不迟。

健身后可以游泳舒缓肌肉就不会酸痛
但个人觉得酸痛还蛮爽的啦~~~哈哈哈 |

rest alot.. avoid reinjure again.. but i wont suggest rest with completely no exercise at all.. =)
im having lower back injury too in past few month.. when i first injured i didnt care and kept on working out that exercise that might hurt lower back. Untill a day i cant really walk and sit.. i starting to lower my activity volume.. and only working the muscle group that wont put so much strain on lower back.. Until now.. i felt gradually recovered.. although still got a little bit sore and tight(due to rest) , it is recovered greatly with more care.. Take care bro.. =) lower back is vital for daily activities, u should take it seriously. |

There are alot of alternative workout that wont strain so much on ur back.. =) check the google..
yea machine will be fine..( most important wearing ur lifting belt before lift the weight that might strain on ur lower back. use tight belt.)
i will still do some light deadlift and squat.. in order to let the blood around ur injured area and let nutrient pump on it. it might recover faster..Tht's my personal experience, i felt gradually recover after the workout rather than sit at home.. huge different. =)
