We refer to the announcements made on 5 October 2012, 17 October 2012, 31 October 2012, 2 November 2012, 9 November 2012, 12 November 2012 and 5 December 2012 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that AMEDIA had executed a deed poll constituting the Free Warrants today and resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants at RM0.25 each. The exercise price per Warrant represents a premium of RM0.0378 over the theoretical ex-bonus price of RM0.2122 due to the Bonus Issue of Shares based on the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of AMEDIA Shares up to and including 11 December 2012 of RM0.4243. This announcement is dated 12 December 2012.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that AMEDIA had executed a deed poll constituting the Free Warrants today and resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants at RM0.25 each. The exercise price per Warrant represents a premium of RM0.0378 over the theoretical ex-bonus price of RM0.2122 due to the Bonus Issue of Shares based on the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of AMEDIA Shares up to and including 11 December 2012 of RM0.4243.

free warrant 是 after bonus issue 还是 before bonus issue 的？
如果我有 100Share 的股份，我会得到额外的 100Share 的 bonus issue，所以我之后会有200Share 的股份
那么，关于warrant，我是得到 100Share 的 free warrant 还是 200Share 的 free warrant？

哦。。。 warrant 的执行。。。就是你加rm0.25 每1 unit。。。 就可以变成母股。。。

那个平均加权是一个计算凡是来定执行价。。 因为执行价不可以低过面值。。 那么就是0.25

你只需要在除权日前（26/12/2012）拥有该股的股份，就能得到红股和凭单。它们（在除权日后一段时间，大概几天吧）会自动汇入你的户口

哦。。 原来。。。 如果你要exercise 你要那表格填写。。就如版主讲的。。。 如果你的是nominess的就叫你的银行/投资银行的服务员搞定。。。如果你是个人直接的。。你可以叫你的交易员/经纪帮助。。。。那个表格是要和公司的秘书处拿。。。。填写了。。你要给手续费+转换资金。。。。然后1-2礼拜公司就会把你的wa 变成母股。。。

还有它的ex-date在26号那26号当天开市价钱是除了还是跟回之前的？

如果在当天ex-date买入的话还会得到BONUS吗？

凡事免费的warrant上市都是以0.005上市起跑到合理的市场收购价钱
