Do you think the rich should pay more taxes?
我觉得rich本身也可以作为名词，people可以免 ...

The + [形容词/Adjective] = xxx 人；复数
the rich = rich people in general/一般的有钱人
其他例子：
the poor = 穷人
the old = 老人
the young = 年轻人
the injured = 伤者
the homeless = 无家可归者
the unemployed = 失业者
the dead = 死去的人
the blind = 盲人 |
