（吉隆坡8日讯）工程系统供应商美全（Metronic Global Bhd）建议私下配售，以筹资最多941万令吉，其中925万令吉将用于与中国公司联手在大马发展智能城市解决方案。

美全昨日宣布，该公司已与中国Zhuhai Singyes New Materials Technology Co Ltd （Singyes）合作，其独资子公司Metronic Engineering私人有限公司（MESB）已与Singyes签约，成立一家联营公司。MESB将持有联营公司的80%股权，其余股权则由Singyes持有。

美全今日向大马交易所报备：“这符合集团寻求增值投资的举措，这些投资可以补充现有的工程业务，同时提供额外收入来源。预计这将对集团的收益产生积极影响。”

根据合作，联营公司将开发智能陆地运输系统、太阳能电池板系统、室外或室内智能数字标牌、智能电影和智能玻璃与摄像系统，以及建立一个先进的数据中心，以收集来自智能城市的大数据，将用于乡镇规划、开发和监测目的的数据分析。

美全将配售最多1亿5683万股或10%股权。

截至7月杪，其已发行股本包括11亿3000万股。

美全是根据每股6仙配售价，或比其5天交易量加权平均市价6.56仙折价不超过10%，预计可筹集的金额。

（吉隆坡10日讯）美全（MTRONIC,0043,主板贸服股）通过子公司美全工程私人有限公司，获得默迪卡PNB118（Merdeka PNB118）所颁发的1870万令吉工程合约。

这是总值50亿令吉的默迪卡PNB118（Merdeka PNB118）工程合约当中的部份合约，以负责音响及资讯科技系统（AVICT）的工程。

默迪卡PNB118（Merdeka PNB118）前称为KL118是世界第四高的建筑物，高度达至少644米。国民投资有限公司（PNB）通过独资子公司PNB默迪卡创投私人有限公司进行有关的计划。

这项计划于2014年开始，而默迪卡意味着马来西亚独立日，塔楼的名称是为了纪念马来西亚的独立，另外这座塔楼将建在前独立公园的遗址上，因此，具有国家形象的意义。

尽管目前美全手头上拥有数项计划，例如吉隆坡市中心（KLCC）Lot91Convention Center Podium的工程，正在进行当中，但是，该公司有信心在与主要承包商三星C&T公司的合作下，这项新工程可以马上展开。

美全执行董事兼首席执行员何伟强表示：“默迪卡PNB118将让美全的公司形象更上一层楼，协助提升公司的品牌地位，因为我们有信心可以提供高素质的产品与服务，以达到世界标准的要求。”

1. INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of Metronic is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Metronic Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“MESB”) on 6 September 2019, had received a Letter of Acceptance (“LOA”) dated 29 August 2019 from Samsung C&T Corporation UEM Construction JV Sdn Bhd, formerly known as KL 118 Tower Sdn Bhd   for a project BP03g: Audio Visual and Information Technology System for Cadangan Membina 1 Blok Bangunan Perdagangan Bercampur 118 Tingkat, Di Atas Lot 795, 796, 797, 799, 800 & Sebahagian Lot 746, Rezab Jalan & Laman, Mukim Bandar Kuala Lumpur for PNB Merderka ventures Sdn Berhad (“the Project”). MESB is principally involved in the business of providing system integration specialising in the field of intelligent building management system, integrated security management system and audio visual system, e-project management of mechanical and electrical services and supply of engineering systems. 2. PROJECT CONTRACT SUM The Project contract sum is Malaysia Ringgit Eighteen Million Six Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand and Nine Hundred Only (RM18,699,900). 3. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The commencement date for the subcontract is 13 June 2019 and be completed by 14 December 2020. 4. RISK FACTORS There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Project during the contract period. Throughout the years, MESB has established its track record and expertise to undertake these projects. Notwithstanding this, the Company shall ensure strict compliance with safety and operational procedures in the execution of the Project requirements. 5.
