The Company wishes to clarify that Dato' Low Eng Hock, the Chief Executive Officer of IPGB, is cooperating with the authorities in relation to the ongoing investigation of the MBI Scheme. The Company further wishes to state that it has no additional information at this juncture pertaining to the said investigation. The Board confirms that, to date, the investigation has not had any financial or operational impact on the Company. The Company will make the necessary announcements should there be any material developments on this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 21 August 2025.
