This is to align with the restructuring timeline as part of Company's ongoing regularisation under Practice Note 17 (PN17) of Bursa Malaysia's Main Market Listing Requirements.  This also facilitates more efficient financial reporting.The next audited financial statements will cover an 18-month period from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2025.

The Company refers to an online article titled “Skandal MBI: Selepas Tan Sri Alex Oii kini Dato’ Sri Lee Hock Seng Pengerusi Magma Group & Dato’ Low Eng Hock CEO Ivory Properties ditahan”, published on the blog Corporate Secret on 16 August 2025.

The Company wishes to clarify that Dato' Low Eng Hock, the Chief Executive Officer of IPGB, is cooperating with the authorities in relation to the ongoing investigation of the MBI Scheme.

The Company further wishes to state that it has no additional information at this juncture pertaining to the said investigation.

The Board confirms that, to date, the investigation has not had any financial or operational impact on the Company.

The Company will make the necessary announcements should there be any material developments on this matter in due course.

This announcement is dated 21 August 2025.
