Q10 = rate of reaction of 40 degree celcius / rate of reaction of 30 degree celcius..
答案必须接近2.0...around 1.8 to 2.2 |

distinguish a bacteria chromosome from a eukaryotic chromosome。 （4M） - Bacteria chromosome contains genetic material which are embedded in the circular double strand of DNA but eukaryotic organisms contains DNA associated with histone to form the linear chromosome. Besides, bacteria chromosome is not surrounded by the double membraned nuclear envelope whereas the eukaryotic chromosome are surrounded by a double membraned nuclear envelope. Other than that, bacteria has only one chromosome and eukaryotic contains more than one chromosome. Bacteria chromosome exist in the cytoplasm whilst eukaryotic chromosome exist in the double membraned nucleus. Lastly, eukaryotic chromosome has exons and introns(non coding gene tat are going to be removed from mRNA), but bacteria chromosome does not have any introns.
Describe the distinctive anatomical features of vascular bundles in maize leaves. (7M )
- Maize is a C4 plant where it could carry out Hatch-slack pathway. So, Krantz Anatomy is present with columnar palisade cells arranged in a ring around the bundle sheath cells and vascular tissue. 然后，你就写xylem vessels contains vessels(annular, spiral, scalariform, reticulate, pitted). tracheid. xylem fibres. xylem parenchyma...然后再解释phloem contains sieve tubes, companion cells, phloem parenchyma, fibres....
第二题，我其实不是很了解它question要的是什么，所以就agak-agak这些答案...如果是要回答vascular tissue的东西，为什么要提到maize leaves..如果提到maize..应该关于到C4 plants..应该问bundle sheath and photosynthesis的东西才对啊！！
算了，等其他来帮忙解释下!!haha |

7分的话我会选择画diagram和一些points～
以下是我自己画的diagram[右边的maize(C4) plant]
C4 plant anatomy
1)mesophyll cells
-do not show clear distinction as palisade mesophyll and spongy mesophyll
-all the cells appear to be similar and closely packed
-the parenchyma cells are large, cylindrical and very closely packed
-the cells contain large amount of chloroplast
2)bundle sheath cells
the bundle sheat cells surround the vascular bundle, this cell contains chloroplast.
-the chloroplast have no or less thylakoid but have large number of stroma
*** mesophyll cell have more grana, little stroma but bundle sheath cell have no or few grana but large number of stroma)
3)intercellular spaces
there are very few or no intercellular spaces in the mesophyll. if the space is present, the space is much smaller

那老师说：如果问题有讲到‘with the aid of diagram'的话才需要画。。（不过还是谢谢你）
还有如果像类似这样的题目（differentiate,distinguish,...）
最好用table来回答。。
