To request for a telegraphic transfer, you will need to add your
beneficiary account as your new payee first. Please refer to the

Step 1: Select Payments & Transfers from the top menu
Step 2: Select Add Payee
Step 3: Click Next
Step 4: Select Telegraphic Transfers under Payee Type
Step 5: Enter Payee details
Step 6: Select the destination country & enter the bank name

and key in the Challenge Code.

Step 2: Select a destination Pay/Transfer funds to:

Step 5: Enter amount
Step 6: Enter FX contract reference number (if applicable) (not a
mandatory field)
Step 7: Select Debit Charges Options Debit charges from

Please note that there is a S$30 fee applicable per transfer.
Additionally, these transfers are also subject to additional charges
levied by the respective correspondent bank and this amount would be
deducted from the remittance amount or charged separately depending on
your charge instruction. In this respect, we would not be able to advise
you on the charges beforehand.

Please allow for five to seven working days from the debit date for the
funds to be received and credited in your beneficiary account.

Telegraphic transfers in a foreign currency or to a bank overseas must
be processed via the currency's originating country, i.e. US$ must be
processed via New York/USA, before the beneficiary bank can receive the
funds.  Such transfers are also processed through correspondent banks.  
Hence, the transfer may be subject to additional charges levied by the
respective correspondent banks and this amount would be debited from the
remittance amount. In this respect, we would not be able to advise you
on their charges.

Bank drafts are subject to clearing time and charges that are determined
by the beneficiary bank.

我也不知道... 不过以我的经验就是ACTUAL RATE - 0.025 就对了, 也没有看到有EXTRA CHARGE.

所以从msia citibank atm 提钱没有charges 哦？

跟uob 一样

太好了，rate也比uob高

是不是只要是新加坡的atm卡，无论是什么bank，都可以在马来西亚任何atm机提款？

Personal Identification Number 不就是 ATM Pin 号码么?
为什么要打IC号码下去?
