看到利润增加那么多， 把年报读了下。

重点如下:
利润向上涨， 是因为 negative goodwill 高达 336。996mils (用便宜价钱买入超值assets.就会出现) ， 扣除negative goodwills, 真实利润27。6 mils (After tax). (每年110。4 mils )

除以458,682 mils shares (Diluted) = RM0.0604 或 6sen.

假设全年能取得这个成绩， 4x6sen = 24sen, PE = RM1。65 / 0。24 = 6。875。

为何PE如此底
可能性:
短期债务高达503。3mils , 长期债务有75。571mils, 债务利息高达8.7 mils, 年利息高达28mils(估计)，年利息等于 4。8% (太过底了)， 通常都会有7% 以上， 可能利息从今年开始算，明年会不会开始增加呢? 应该要注意，Quarter Report 没有讲清楚， 应该要等年报才知道。如果每年拿赚得钱还债，应该要花 5年左右。

债务高， = PE 底， 除非市场认为次股有发展潜能， 或许PE才会上升。

问题:
1。 刚买的China Smelting Plant有增加产能的能力。(有谁有答案吗?)
2。 Proposed development of a smelting plant in Sarawak 是超大型的，而且利润很高，(有谁有答案吗?)

那么次股值得留意。

不过马来西亚此类股 PE 通常都是 在 5 - 8 之间。

不过， 如果有人要把他推高的话， 那么，普通股也变好股。

(股民心地话: 不管， 好股烂股， 会帮你赚钱的便是好股 )

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

PRESS METAL BERHAD ("PMB" OR "THE COMPANY") - MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SARAWAK ENERGY BERHAD Press Metal Berhad ("PMB") has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Sarawak Energy Berhad ("SEB") witnessed by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and the Chief Minister of Sarawak, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud, requesting an additional 510MW of electricity supply for its aluminium smelting plant in Mukah, Sarawak by July 2010. This will increase the total electricity supply from 90MW based on a Supply Agreement signed on 11 July 2007 between PMB and SEB to 600MW with certain provisions to be achieved as stated in the MOU. This announcement is dated 11 February 2008.
