Bhd., a direct subsidiary of Samaiden, had on 30 July 2025 received the approval letter dated 25 July 2025 from the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia for Feed-in Tariff application to undertake the development of a 1.5 MW Biogas Power Plant in Bachok, Kelantan Darul Naim.

BHD. AND SAMAIDEN SDN. BHD. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 95MWAC LARGE SCALE SOLAR 5 PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT ("LSS5") IN HILIR PERAK, PERAK DARUL RIDZUAN | The Board of Directors of Samaiden is pleased to announce that Samaiden Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samaiden, had on 28 August 2025 accepted a LOA from Unique HEB Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“UHESB”) to undertake, amongst others, the EPCC works in relation to the development of a 95 MWac Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic (“LSSPV”) power plant located in Hilir Perak, Perak Darul Ridzuan (“Project”). The Project is one of the LSSPV projects approved by Suruhanjaya Tenaga in December 2024 pursuant to LSS5 programme.
