照片里的帐篷是刚刚开始营业的时候老板拍下来的吧，所以看上去当然就很新很干净，游客自然上当了。
是我就当作花钱买教训好了，打去要求退钱是白费力气的，因为钱进了人家的口袋是很难再拿出来给你的了。

当事人经过媒体报导后，终于拿回钱了。

看到很多受害者都投诉同一个业者，很多都是当买个教训，就是这样弄到业者越来越不负责任。

My experience at Canopy Tribes was awesome! In addition my wife is not the camper type, yet she was able to enjoy the trip to the fullest. We had lots of good memories at Canopy Tribes, with their staffs and owner.

We sang karaoke, played board games, barbecue, watched movies together and it was the best camping experience before.

I have to say that, if you are not adventurous or into camping trip, please don't go to Canopy Tribes - because Canopy Tribes offers the best camping experience to awesome adventurous people which may not suitable for all city people who can't live without Facebook.

If anyone complains about mosquitoes, hot weather, lack of technology from Canopy Tribes - you can forget about your goals of being hitch hiker, travel around the world on your own - because you are not capable to live in a common environment on your own at all.

的确想要atas就不要去camp，但这个camp宣传的是atas的camp，结果去到却是不atas的camp这个让人如何接受？

我不赞同什么去露营就是这样，应该接受肮脏之类的。
我是个很爱露营的人，也去了不同地方，但是每个营地虽然不算非常整齐，但是都是干净的。
为什么爱露营=要接受肮脏？
不能因为是露营，就不把自己的tent整理干净给客人~~~~~~
而且我露营露了将久，到底会有什么泥喷去tent??可以清理的啊~~~~~~~

有人写他们网上的照片是偷英国的。那个atas姐和那个event公司老板（也就是在canopy fb一直要出律师信的那个）是两夫妻来的。。

现在货不对版，就说顾客不能接受大自然。哈哈！

还有之前的顾客也来投诉了：

He keep recycling his excuses. Our group paid in full, went down about 2 months ago, booked 4 tents, he said he only have only 3 tents on arrival, cannot help when acts of god flooded his tent, and say he have no network and cannot contact us. Trying to convince us to check into the bad condition tents. Arguement broke out and he agreed to a 25% refund and we walked out straight. Its months now and we have no seen the refund at all. Excuses like account wrong, cannot transfer and all.

中国的酒店都不时尚的，三星级还是满满中国风的布置……我乡下的外婆家都比它(酒店)漂亮呢…
最怕去到还是到处都是污渍的酒店……其他勉强还能接受～

要去camping就要带自己的tent。那种tent整天放在外面日晒雨淋，好极都有限。

就算下大雨，泥土也不可能濺到上帳篷頂吧！那些很明顯是發霉啊！

两个帐篷放在一起， 一个白白清洁， 一个黑黑。
解释是下雨。。。。。。 雨水是集中在一个帐篷罢了。。。。。
