我是写there are many method to solve the question.One of them is by using geometric progression.然后你就接下去说你GENERAL来说如何得到第一题的答案的,可以包括 ar , ar^2 , ar^3 , .... ,A is the 1st term while r is the common ratio,大略是这样,你在想一些可以放进去的来修改一下~~ |

可是我在A里的答案是一开始50.0000,然后是62.5000,65.6250,然后才是66.多~因为老师讲当你第一个dose下去的时候还是50mg~其他人有没有意见?
还有,GP里的r你怎样找?如果找不到的话是不是就不可以prove?为什么我找到的每个都不一样?

Q1=50
Q2=50+50(1/4)
Q3=50+1/4(50+50(1/4))
Do the same for the following doses. Rearrange the Q3
Q3=50+50(1/4)+50(1/4)^2
So, it can be seen that a geometric series is formed with a=50 and r=1/4
The quantity of quinine in the body is equal to the summation of the terms in the geometric series. By using the sum of geometric series :
Qn=[a(1-r^n)]/(1-r)
Qn=50(1-(0.25)^n)/(1-1/4)
Qn=50(1-(0.25)^n)/(3/4)
Qn=200/3[1-(0.25)^n]
Sorry, i have to explain it in english. Hope you guys can understand. Apology for any grammar mistake.

只是拿前面几个来show,然后deduce一个formula(像我做的),重写Q1到Q8
例子:
Q1=200/3[1-(1/4)]
=50
Q2=200/3[1-(1/4)^2]
=62.5
Q3=200/3[1-(1/4)^3]
=65.625
Q4=200/3[1-(1/4)^4]
=66.4063
....(接下去)

第一个case(35kg), safe but only effective after the injection of second dose, because the concentration of quinine before the second dose (after metabolism of the first dose) is less than 0.4mg/kg.
第二个case(60kg), safe but not effective at all because the concentration of quinine before each dose is less than 0.4mg/kg.

2b答案 :
Concentration=dosage÷weight
Since the ques ask about range of dosage that is safe n effective n the concentration given is0.4 - 2.0 mg, so I juz substitute d concentration 0.4mg n 2.0 mg into my eqn above~
然后我的答案就是16mg<dosage<80mg~
老师讲'应该'是对, 错的话纠正我~ |
