SCICOM（SCICOM，0099，主要板貿服）盈利表現優于預期，券商看好該公司傳統的流程外包（BPO）業務穩定表現，預計大馬教育全球服務中心（EMGS）合約將在2016財年交出強勁貢獻，且有潛能成為重估催化因素。

SCICOM全年淨利達3470萬令吉，按年漲50%，其中利息、稅務、折舊與攤銷前盈利（EBITDA）賺幅改善4.8個基點，至21.5%。

我們相信SCICOM賺幅將進一步改善，因大馬教育全球服務中心更廣闊的服務覆蓋範圍，將帶來較高貢獻。

該公司是在2002年11月7日獲得多媒體超級走廊地位，並享有5年免稅優惠。隨后，該公司獲得3次更新，此優惠將在2017年11月6日到期。

SCICOM管理層指日后或無法再獲得更新多媒體超級走廊地位，因此我們估計2018財年將有25%稅率，使淨賺幅降低至16%，對比2016和2017財年估計為19%和20%。同時，我們將2018財年每股盈利預測下調至11仙。

（吉隆坡29日讯）Scicom (MSC) Bhd上周五宣布派发3仙的中期股息。

这家外包服务公司上周五向大马交易所公布，截至6月杪末季净利按年增4.9%至1111万令吉，上财年同期为1060万令吉，而营业额由4813万令吉，扬11.53%至5368万令吉。

全年净利达4195万令吉，较2015财年的3469万令吉，高出20.91%；营业额也从1亿7683万令吉，起11%至1亿9630万令吉。

该集团也宣布将于9月8日除权的中期股息，使全年股息达9仙，高于2015财年的7.5仙。

艾芬黄氏资本研究分析员今日在报告指出，2016财年盈利符合其预期，同时扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销盈利（EBITDA）赚幅继续提高3.2个百分点至25.1%。

“该股依然是具吸引力的电子政府服务股，且该集团有能力拓展电子政府服务合约至区域。”

“维持‘买入’评级，目标价为2.62令吉。”

然而，分析员说，2016财年末季是该集团税率增至22.8%的首个季度，使2016财年的税率为7.4%。

Scicom是在2002年11月首次被授予多媒体超级走廊（MSC）地位，最后更新的5年期将在2017年11月到期。

从2015年11月起的余下MSC地位期内，该集团的所得税率从豁免100%修订至70%。

更新免税几率不大．希世康攫合约能力看好

（吉隆坡30日讯）尽管希世康（SCICOM,0099,主板贸服组）更新免税许可证几率不大，惟分析员看好其依然有能力争取更多的电子政府服务合约。

希世康的多媒体超级走廊（MSC）5年免税许可证将于2017年11月截止，艾芬黄氏研究认为获得更新的机会不大。

该行表示，事实上该公司在2016财政年末季已被征税。

艾芬黄氏了解到，在接下来，该公司70%的盈利将豁免税务至2017年11月止，较后该公司将被征取24%的公司税。

艾芬黄氏相信，就算纳入税务，希世康2017财政年核心盈利依然有望取得按年增长15%的表现，主要是受商务流程外包（BPO）业务和电子政府服务合约所推动。

该行补充，希世康将持续扩张其服务范围，以提供更多的附加服务，包括提供体检服务和健康保险。同时，该公司也能从经济规模中获益。

“希世康在成功执行柬埔寨世界银行项目后，接下来的主要催化剂为电子商务店的运作及潜在区域政府合约。”

艾芬黄氏在更新税务预测后，重新调整希世康2017至2019财政年财测，分别为下调6%至上调15%之间。预测该公司在2017至2019财政年的税务分别为7%／14%／24%，之前为1%／25%／25%。

该行表示，希世康面对的风险为BPO可能面对亏损和国外留学生数目少于预期。

艾芬黄氏认为该公司依然有能力拓张其电子政府服务至其他区域，维持“买入”评级，并上调目标价至2令吉74仙。

这项免税奖掖是给予符合MSC Malaysia合格活动的公司，让他们享有10年的所得税免税期。

（吉隆坡7日讯）世康（SCICOM，0099，主板贸服股）截至9月杪首季，取得1202万1000令吉净利，或每股净利3.38仙，较上财年的972万4000令吉，按年增加23.62%。

公司当季宣布派息每股2.00仙，除权日及享有权益日，分别落在本月17日与21日。

同时，营业额也按年上涨16.32%，从4475万1000令吉，增加至5205万5000令吉。

SCICOM料成斯國最大BPO

（吉隆坡7日訊）SCICOM（SCICOM，0099，主要板貿服）冀參與新興市場電子政府服務，放眼明年3月份成為斯里蘭卡最大型傳統業務流程外包（BPO）供應商。

針對強化公司在斯里蘭卡的傳統業務流程外包市場地位，SCICOM總執行長兼執行董事拿督李奧阿利亞納耶甘說：“公司有意進軍尼泊爾、柬埔寨及寮國的電子政務。這些市場預算有限、有更多商機，而我們具成本競爭力，所以有利于我們涉及這些市場。”

他今日在SCICOM常年股東大會結束后，如是指出。

根據斯里蘭卡媒體的報導，SCICOM近期成為斯里蘭卡航空（SriLankan Airlines）的電話客服中心供應商。

依據SCICOM截至6月底2016財年的業績，有0.7%營業額來自斯里蘭卡市場。如果以市場細分，大馬仍是SCICOM的主要營業額貢獻，佔55.4%，菲律賓市場的營業額佔32.1%比重。【中国报财经】

首季净利符预期．希世康营运赚幅扩大

（吉隆坡8日讯）希世康（SCICOM，0099，主板贸服组）首季核心净利按年成长26.7%，表现符合预期，艾芬黄氏研究重申其“买进”评级不变，目标价2令吉74仙。

艾芬黄氏研究在报告中说，希世康第三季业绩成长主要是受新的业务程序外包（BPO）合约，和现成客户贡献增加所带动，规模经济效益则使营运赚幅攀升3.8%。

“BPO业务和电子政府服务业务（e-government）持续成长，营运赚幅也因规模经济效益而扩张，相信该公司有能力把电子政府服务业务扩大至区域市场。”

同时，该行对希世康独资子公司——希世康电子方案私人有限公司近期获颁MSC地位感到乐观，这意味该子公司所获新订单将可享有100%免税优惠。

艾芬黄氏给予的目标价，相当于2017财政年的20倍预估本益比。
