英沙士1282.5万．购DGS 19.91%

（吉隆坡2日讯）英沙士（INSAS,3379,主板金融组）以1282万5000令吉，或每股4.75仙价格，通过直接交易收购DGS公司（DGSB,0131,创业板科技组）19.91%股权。
这批股权的卖主是OMESTI公司（OMESTI,9008,主板科技组）。
该公司发文告指出，基于两家公司都从事资讯科技业务，因此收购案将起到协同效益。
英沙士通过子公司英沙士科技进行这项收购，并将以内部资金融资这项收购。
英沙士每股4.75仙收购价比5日成交量加权市价（VWAP）4.74仙溢价0.1仙或0.21%。
OMESTI减持DGS至22.06%
另一方面，OMESTI公司发文告表示，以1377万5000令吉脱售DGS公司的共21.39%股权，除了英沙士，其他买主是英沙士董事拿督陈胜泉和拿督黄江贵（人名译音）。
在这项脱售后，OMESTI公司在DGS公司的股权持有将从43.45%降至22.06%。
该公司表示，脱售所得将作为营运资本。
