clean 除了少糖少油少盐还有就是尽量避免processed food。Processed food之中我只吃tuna和sardin罐头
carbs的话可以摄取brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread or biscuit, oat meal, muesli, sweet potato, potato, corn and etc
protein的话就是chicken breast, lean beef, lean pork, turkey, salmon, white fish, tuna,soya, and any beans.
用olive oil or coconut oil代替食油。希望帮到你
