A88SB is currently dormant and the proposed business activity is property development.
The Sale Shares were acquired equally by the Company from Dato’ Tan Seng Leong and Mr. Tan Vin Sern. Both Dato’ Tan Seng Leong and Mr. Tan Vin Sern are Directors of the Company. Dato’ Tan Seng Leong is also a substantial shareholder of the Company (collectively referred to as Related Parties).
The Related Parties are deemed interested in the Acquisition and have abstained themselves from Board deliberation and voting on the resolution approving the Acquisition. Save as disclosed, none of the other Directors, Major Shareholders and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.
The Acquisition does not have any material effect on the net assets, earnings and gearing of BCB.

龙城集团斥5850万 在依斯干达购地

(吉隆坡4日讯)龙城集团有限公司(BCB,6602,产业组)以5850万令吉或每平方尺40令吉,购买位于柔佛美迪尼(Medini)依斯干达的22英亩永久地契土地,旨在开发总发展价值约4亿令吉的店屋。
该公司在致给马交所文件中称,根据初步计划,上述项目包括175个单位的3至5层店屋。
以柔佛新山为基地的龙城集团指出,这项建议中项目预料需要4年来完成。
龙城集团全资子公司Absolute 88私人有限公司和Metrogold 资产私人有限公司已经进入租赁购买协议,有关租赁截止日期是2017年2月13日,同时也会影响上述收购。
这片土地的注册业主是依斯干达投资有限公司。
龙城集团打算通过内部基金和银行贷款来筹资这项租赁购买。除非出现意想不到情况,否则该集团预料在2015年第4季度完成有关收购。
购买价格乃经考虑到其它因素后才达成共识,而该片土地可用作商业用途,目前美迪尼依斯干达对店屋有着强劲的需求。

(吉隆坡3日讯)龙城集团(BCB,6602,主板产业股)建议,把原本每股面值1令吉的股票,拆细为2股、面值50仙的股票。
配合拆细股票的建议,该公司同时也建议修订组织章程大纲。
截至10月29日,龙城集团的缴足股本为2亿625万股;完成股票分拆后,届时,股本将扩大至4亿1250万股。而缴足资本则维持在2亿625万令吉。
拆细股票预计可加强公司股票的流通性。

截至2015年12月31日為止第2季,該公司淨利為1千244萬2千令吉(每股淨利為3.11仙),前期淨利為844萬7千令吉(每股淨利為2.11仙)。營業額為1億2千196萬3千令吉,前期為7千382萬9千令吉。
首6個月,該公司淨利為1千680萬6千令吉(每股淨利為4.20仙),前期淨利為1千704萬9千令吉(每股淨利為4.26仙)。首6個月營業額為1億8千180萬1千令吉,前期為1億9千772萬8千令吉。
談到該公司的業務前景,該公司在宣佈其最新業績時指出,雖然政府在去年杪實施產業領域的冷卻措施,以遏止產業市場的價格揚升得過快。不過,該公司還是對其2016年財政年的財務業績表現持樂觀態度,主要是旗下巴生河流域的兩項主要產業計劃將作出良好的盈利貢獻。

龙城集团3460万购峇株巴辖面积18.9公顷地段

(吉隆坡27日讯)龙城集团(BCB Bhd)以3460万令吉,收购6幅位于峇株巴辖、合共面积18.91公顷的毗邻农地。
这家产业发展商表示,正从两名新加坡人Wellington Tan 和 Shenton Tan Seng Koon的手中收购这些永久地契地段,以发展400个综合住宅单位,包括别墅、半独立式和排屋。
该集团将通过公司内部调动资金,以及贷款来为此收购计划筹措资金。
龙城集团补充说,并没有请任何独立注册估价师对这些地段进行估值。

Ft. in aggregate for a total cash consideration of RM34,600,797.00 (“the Acquisition”).

Kerjaya子公司承包建筑
龙城雪州发展6.5亿高档屋

(莎阿南12日讯)龙城集团(BCB,6602,主板产业股)委任Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)子公司为承包商的雪兰莪莎阿南住宅计划,发展总值达6亿5000万令吉,放眼2019年第四季竣工。
龙城集团董事经理丹斯里拿督陈成龙指出,这项住宅计划Broadleaf Residence,是位于哥打甘文宁的美树家园(Hometree)综合产业发展的第二期项目。
在这项目中,将兴建265个住宅单,涵盖166间三层半独立式洋房、99间三层楼独立洋房单位、私人游泳池、健身房和相关工程,主要瞄准有意在莎阿南、巴生和哥打甘文宁附近置产的中上阶级买家。
建筑工程已动工,放眼2019年第四季竣工,预计今年8月尾举行正式推介礼,并在2020年移交钥匙。
岩土工程耗4000万
陈成龙是在与Kerjaya的签约仪式上发表谈话,出席者包括龙城集团行董事罗国湧、Kerjaya Prospek(大马)私人有限公司主席拿督郑荣和,以及项目董事郑荣忠。
Kerjaya Prospek负责建设工程,合约总值达2亿736万2500令吉。
陈成龙指出,为了确保当地土壤处理过程完善,除了应用常规的土木与结构工程学,公司也将花费4000万令吉投入岩土工程。
“我们已投入200万令吉向岩土工程公司寻求咨询服务。”
此外,龙城集团和Kerjaya Prospek将各自拿出30万令吉,若是此项目能在大马建筑工业发展局(CIDB)的建筑品质评估系统(QLASSIC)中,取得82分,全60万令吉将会当做奖励给Kerjaya Prospek。
寻巴生谷优质地皮
陈成龙表示,目前正在巴生谷找寻优质地皮,并致力迎合现今市场的需求去发展不同类型的项目。
主要集中在居銮产业发展的龙城集团,在巴生谷的产业计划只有位于哥打甘文宁和满家乐。
其中,占地150英亩的美树家园,共分5期发展,首三期都是住宅发展,第一期已经在去年完成并移交钥匙,第三期则是排屋为主。
第四期和第五期皆为商业发展。第四期占地20英亩,风格将类似满家乐的购物广场Publika,趋向现代化店屋模式、
“第三和第四期已经呈交建筑设计图,期望可在明年展开推介。”
第五期发展项目则已经动工,以商业区为主,当中或包含屋业,发展总值达1.05亿令吉,放眼今年底推出该项目。【e南洋】 |
