是的，我是从FD换去AK。。
是泰国哪里的人帮我更换的。。
马来西亚的AK不能做什么。这是LIVE CHAT的工作人员告诉我的。。

当我发现时，已经有通过live chat求助，但他叫我填e-form。我第一次交的e form,他的回复

In response to your email, please be informed thatonce your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; the payment you made is not refundable andchanges route(s) are not allowed

However, you may request for the airport tax refund after flight passed. Airport tax refund is subject to refund processing fee per person/way.
