(吉隆坡13日讯)耐斯福特(KNUSFOR,5035,主板贸服股)获国油独资子公司颁发柔州边佳兰建筑物的采购、建筑和启用(EPCC)合约,总值4289万7767令吉。
根据文告,该公司获国油独资子公司PRPC公用事业和设施颁发,边佳兰一座建筑物的14-1704和14-1705工程配套。
这项合约的期限为期22个月,料在2018年3月竣工。【e南洋】

耐斯福特联营食品业务
2017年4月16日
(吉隆坡15日讯)耐斯福特(KNUSFOR,5035,主板贸服股)宣布,与Compass(马)私人有限公司和Knusford Compass私人有限公司联营,在柔佛、大马或其他地方寻求额外商机。
耐斯福特昨天向交易所报备,将通过子公司耐斯福特建筑私人有限公司与联营伙伴,为国家石油(Petronas)和柔佛的其他第三方提供服务,并通过竞标,在柔佛寻求额外的多次服务食品(multiservice food)和其他商机。
根据联营协议,耐斯福特将以51令吉,认购Knusford Compass的51股普通股,相等于总缴足股本的51%股权,剩余49%股权将由Compass持有。
耐斯福特指出,通过联营可结合双方在各领域的优势,且也符合公司扩展计划,以扩大在大马其他业务的潜在增长。

NON RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | Description | NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT WITH ARTHALAND CORPORATION AND CHINA RAILWAY DONGFANG GROUP SDN BHD | We refer to our announcement dated 27 February 2017 and 28 February 2017 in relation to the agreement made between Knusford Berhad (“KB”) with Arthaland Corporation (“Arthaland”) and China Railway Dongfang Group Sdn Bhd ("CREC") dated 26 February 2017 for the purpose of undertaking an engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) contract on Arthaland’s Cebu Exchange Project (“Project”), located in Cebu, Philippines.
The Board of Directors of KB wishes to update that as of to-date the parties were unable to reach on a mutually agreed terms and conditions for the EPC contract. The Company has on 20 December 2017 received a letter from Arthaland not to engage KB and CREC as the EPC contractor for the Project. |

陈潮杰接掌耐斯福特

(吉隆坡3日讯)耐斯福特(KNUSFOR,5035,主板贸服股)委依海城(IWCITY,1589,主板产业股)前营运总监陈潮杰(译音),担任总执行长。
耐斯福特向马交所报备,原任总执行长李翰庆,以专注其他工作为由,已在昨日辞去职务,但保留执行董事一职。
根据文告,上述人事变动已立即生效。
陈潮杰在产业发展和建筑领域有超过30年经验,曾经担任绿野度假村的副总执行长和董事。【e南洋】
