关于GW2技能延迟&官网订购问题

有几种原因会造成购买失败：
a. 你的credit card 没上网买过东西。malaysia bank 的security， default setting 会帮你block 掉所有网购。
打个电话去你的bank问问，告诉他们你要网购，及USD　Currency。
b. 你的credit card 资料添错，double check 你的address, first name, last name等。
c. 不够limit.

你的Paypal verified 了没有？
Paypal 里有USD? 如果没有USD的话，最后也是会charge 去你的credit card.
Call你的bank,跟我上面的回复一样。

这个是Smoothping的员工说：Proxy service is not considered as botting. Botting is illegal in all online games We do have lots of subscribers that play wow, none got banned since the game developers are aware that some players will need to use a proxy to get a better latency

GW team 回复说：

It's not a violation of our policy to use services like this. However, please understand that malicious people sometimes use the same services to hide their activity. In general, it's safer to use your own IP rather than a proxy. That way it would be less likely that you would be mistaken for someone who is up to no good.

我英文不太好，我看是能用代理了，但是不能做伤害到游戏与玩家的举动～

我也是4M, ping 320-370 (gw2)

D3 now 280-290ms

可能新game多人玩?

但pve沒太大問題  

當年512k玩 wow  400ms-800ms 都玩
