看的空就把offer letter type出来。（没有scanner)内容如下：


Further to the interview you attended. We are pleased to advise that Management has decided to offer you the position of Admin and Teacher for Pusat Tuisyen Inxvasx Ixmx. effective from 06/06/2011.

Your appointment is however subjected to the following terms and conditions:-

1. Your service shall take effect from 06/06/2011 to 09/09/2011.

2. You are not allowed to resign within this contract date.

3. After this service date you should continue work as usual. (这个我问老板是什么意思他说不用理==)

4. You shall receive an initial month salary of rm800 and a transport allowance of rm200 only. In addition, if the driver of the company takes leave, the management of the company will take you into consideration, you will be obliged to take over our driver's job. Granted, transport allowance will be given to you.

5. If you fail to perform, your salary will be revised accordingly. (will base on management decision)

6. Notice of termination of employment on either side must be in written form.

7. If you breach the contract of working period, you will be required to compensate 3 months salaries based on monthly salary. On the other hand, you are liable to pay after the training cost and processing teacher permit cost incurred by the management.

8. you must report to the pusat tuisyen XXXXX or any appointed person during the period of your employment with the company.

9. you will have to abide by the rules and regulations stated in the pusat tuisyen XXX existing staff circulars and as well as those staff circulars that may be issued from time to time.

10. Breaching your employment contract.
  a) Failure to perform your duty satisfactorily as stated in your job description.
  b) failure to carry our instruction from the pusat tuisyen XXX or any appointed personnel of pusat tuisyen XX.
  c) set up your own pusat tuisyen (irrespective of whether it is wholly or partly own by you)

11. convicted of criminal breach of trust.
  a) prohibition of committing or conducting any activity that undermine any of your colleagues, the reputation, success and profitability of pusat tuisyen XX of which you are employed or any pusat tuisyen within the group.

12. failure to strictly adhere to the job description delegated to you as statedin the job description located at each branch. you shall deem to have terminated your services with pusat tuisyen XXx should you commit any of the penalty clauses from no.10 to 12. However, you will be given a chance and time to explain to the management. It is up to the management to decide and you are not entitled to claim any compensation from the management, if you expose any of pusat tuisyen XXX's commercial secre to any other parties, the management of pusat tuisyen xxx conserves the rights to fine you not more than rm10000 only.

13. prohibition from operating other similar business. (主要是怕我泄露资料给其他补习学院，所以半年内不可以跟类似的补习学院打工，跟我的案子没关系，跳过）

14. 主要是说我不可以抄袭补习学院的教材。

15. 主要是说公共假期我可以放假。


16. weekly working days and working hours. （他给我看合约的时候我有再一次问他，可以只是做到6pm吗？因为很累，会肚子饿。他只是自以为很好心的说放我多半个小时休息）
  a. Monday : from 8am to 6pm
  b. Tuesday: from 8am to 8pm
  c. Wed: from 8am to 6pm
  d. thu: from 8am to 6pm
  e. fri: from 8am to 8pm
  f. sat: from 8am to 6pm


17. 主要是说我可以拿epf 跟sosco.


18. 关于medical leave。要有mc。不过老板说不用理。


19. 主要是说我的课会被rearrange，我就是要follow就对了。


20. right of sack （这个就是我问老板所以我在试用期？他说不用理的）
In the trial period of three months, if pusat tuisyen xXX discover that you are unsuitable for our company, pusat tuisyen XX has the rights to request for your dismissal without any compensation.


21. 主要是说公司举行的活动我必须参加。


22. 主要说公司举行的meeting 跟training 我要参与。


23. if you fail to join us after accept this offer. you will have to pay rm 200 administration fee.


24. 主要说如果我收到政府信要去当兵酱我这封信就自动invalid.


25. should you be willing to accept our offer of employment on the above terms, kindly indicate your acceptance on the carbon copy of this letter and return the same to us thereafter. should you however decide not to accept our offer of employment, it would be appreciated if you could undertake to return the letter to us.

全部好像都对我老板有利酱。

是没有可能回去跟他做了的，都去劳工部开了一个case了。 说随便做给他那些都太迟了啦，都正式辞职了。 而且说真的我是补习老师耶，怎样对你的学生打蛇哦？ 我是讨厌老板可是喜欢那些学生的，就是讨厌我老板叫他们来补习其实是骗他们钱， 所以也不想随便教他们，浪费他们父母的血汗钱。 就算是最后一天我都尽力教学生不要破坏我原则。 所以我就算继续做下去也是被欺负的啦，老板看我酱好欺负..

对~我就是要确定那个officer讲的是不是真的，一天没confirm不用给一个月notice?劳工部 ...

对，我可以跟你确定 因为我这个问题我去了劳工部问过...
除非你正式是他/她的员工(试用期pass)/或者签了合约 resign就一定要1个月notics



听你那么说你那间补习舍走了很多人 可想而知你ex老板是怎么样的人 走不脱都是kiam siam的
良禽择木而栖 好的老板员工那里会跳蚤   是看你的ex boss是衰到那个程度而以

酱那天那个officer很明显吃钱了，她一直强调就算是试用期也要给一个月通知。如果我跟那个老板签了agreement可是我在3个月里面还是试用期，而且没有confirm我是正式员工，也是不用给notice对吗？

吃钱是否我不清楚 可能回复你的是登记处的登记员
需知道政府部分 每小样的工作都由一个员工管理
我这里的小小劳工部有正7~8个人共作 我不清楚是否那么多工作==

至于签了agreement下的情况 我不太清楚...

对啊，那个合约全部对我老板有利的，我那时也不懂哪里出了毛病竟然签下去。我也不知道有没有效，我刚去jabatan tenaga kerja的网站看到一个soalan lazim.

刚刚才看到你红色那堆字我一开始去应征我老板还讲到很生气酱，说那些人没责任感啦，看到工钱比较高就不要做拉。
讲到我还相信是那些员工的问题，结果进去里面才真的发觉是老板的问题。
这种老板不会发达的，kiam siap到..
他每天给我们的交代是：
家长打来要讲几久都可以，可是我们打去就越短越好。最好直接叫他们来面试。
连便利贴都要省省花，明明很小张了还要撕更小张。
教材教我们去一堆之前photostat错了的教材里翻。
就连给学生模拟考试都舍不得photostat考卷给他们，
要直接用他们买的教材里的模拟考卷来考。

他马的，后面的根本不用看，只要是一个正当的公司，是不会有第三与第四条的规定的。你的老板还是的是王八羔子，非给宰了不可。:@

哈哈，对阿，我之前以为是广告看漏了
所以我之前说我不做其中一个原因是这个老板欺骗家长，不过算是我个人情绪就免得写在这里了。
是有在论坛看过更糟糕的老板，该庆幸我遇到的不是那些吗？哈哈

他专门用这个agreement来欺负他的员工的我想。
还要专门骗我这种社会经历浅的，这还只是第二次打工而已。（第一份是家乡的promoter工）
诅咒他补习学院关门大吉，不要再危害人间了。。

agreement是很重要的。。。。我就说说我的亲身经历吧。。。。

在很久以前我还是个懵懂女孩时，就是去找parttime，工作日期是到10月，我就跟负责人说我只能工作到大概六七月，结果那个人说“不用紧，你先签，时间不行的话我们再安排，这不重要的。。”结果我就签了。。。。等到我做到差不多那个时候，我就跟她讲，那个肥婆马上变脸，说：“你签的那份agreement说你做到10月的，如果你找不到人，就不可以退~~”

然后我想就“揸颈就命”，做到十月吧，在跟她拿下一个月工作卡时，她突然就说：“你不是不想做吗？不用紧，我们可以让你走。。。。”可是我怕她拿着我做不到十月的理由不给我薪水，我就拼命地追问她，她就说会付我薪水（电话信息），然后再拍下所有用具、工作时间卡的照片，才还她那些东西。。
