（吉隆坡25日訊）市場流傳，益馬機構（IMASPRO,7222,主板工業產品組）股價近日大漲，可能是獲得股市紅人拿督游光春“看中”，亦有消息說游光春已開始吸納益馬的股票。

大股東場外售20%

Concerto和Home Tree連奪最佳豪華公寓與別墅大獎，打造更適合大馬家庭的住在。

上述消息尚未獲得證實，因為益馬大股東莫哈末沙斐克近期雖以介於每股1令吉30仙至1令吉70仙價格在場外脫售20%股權，自行放棄大股東地位，惟買家身份至今仍未公開。

股價最高漲36仙
閉市揚19仙

受“名人效應”刺激，益馬股價今日繼續大勇，盤中一度漲36仙至1令吉95仙，閉市掛1令吉78仙，漲19仙，是全場第八大上升股，成交量133萬2千股。

《星報》引述消息人士說，因獨自力阻豐隆資本（HLCAP,5274,主板金融組）被私有化而聲名大噪的游光春，除了正吸納益馬的股票之外，亦有意向現有股東購股，以增加持股量。

游光春是游禮發產業（YNHPROP,3158,主板產業組）的最大股東，亦是馬股的積極投資者，目前持有多家馬股上市公司的股票。

消息說：“游光春覺得益馬很便宜，擁有每股64仙現金，而且業務已上軌道。”

據瞭解，讓“游光春入股益馬機構”流言浮上台面的主要原因，是游光春的友好夥伴陳永輝（譯音）在去年12月4日受委為益馬機構的非執行董事，且陳永輝過去1個月不斷向益馬大股東購股，至今已擁有益馬3.65%股權。

《星報》表示，游光春和陳永輝曾在過往交易中緊密合作，陳永輝也是佳捷協作（RAPID,7765,主板工業產品組）和泛馬控股（PMHLDG,1287,主板旅店組）的投資者，游光春則是兩家公司的大股東。

交易所數據顯示，益馬的原有大股東莫哈末沙斐克，本月至今以介於每股1令吉30仙至1令吉70仙價格，在場外狂賣益馬股票，不到1個月時間已賣出益馬約20%股權。

奇怪的是，向莫哈末沙斐克購買益馬股權的投資者，至今仍未浮上台面，因大馬交易所規定凡持有上市公司超過5%股權的投資者，都必須向交易所呈報和公開身份。

另外，由於原任大股東兼董事主動放棄控制權，市場也揣測益馬接下來很可能發生管理層變動。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡25日讯）产业大亨拿督游光春，入股益马机构（IMASPRO，7222，主板工业产品股）接近6%股权，正式崛起成为公司大股东。

根据马交所股权易手资料，游光春分别在本月16日以及17日，购入476万4000股，持股比例达5.96%。

益马机构今日直线上扬，一度飙升36仙或23%，早盘走高至1.95令吉的全日最高价位，随后股价涨幅收窄，闭市时挂1.78令吉，上扬19仙，或11.95%，成交量更高达133万2000股。

游礼发产业大股东

早前有媒体报道，也是游礼发产业（YNHPROP，3158，主板产业股）大股东游光春，开始从益马机构其他股东手上购入更多股权。

益马机构为投资控股公司，旗下子公司业务主要为农药与化肥生产、分销以及研发。

《星报》引述消息报道，由于益马机构的化肥业务发展稳定，且拥有相等于每股64仙的现金，因此吸引了游光春的目光。

“他认为这家公司的价格廉宜，同时，业务的发展已步上轨道，并手持5132万令吉的现金。”

消息指，游光春的伙伴陈永辉（译音），被委任为益马机构的独立兼非执行董事，是游光春入股该公司的迹象之一。

主席莫哈末沙菲逐批减持1%

目前，正减持益马机构股权的股东，是该公司的非执行主席莫哈末沙菲，自2月25日起至3月间，他便通过个人以及SunbinaDunia私人有限公司，逐批脱售益马机构股权，脱售价格介于1.30令吉至1.70令吉。

截至本月24日，他所持股权从21.49%减少至0.9%或71万7704股。

此外，朝圣基金（Lembaga Tabung Haji）也在本月20日脱售1万1400股。

益马机构目前的大股东为SwissRevenue私人有限公司，为该公司董事经理童政贤的投资臂膀。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡27日讯）机构投资者买入，益马机构（Imaspro Corp Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)）一度扬23仙或15.44%，至1.72令吉。

闭市时，该股收于1.61令吉，起12仙或8.05%，成交量有80万2400股。

根据The Edge Research，该股目前以11.89倍的本益比在交易。

SJ证券资深抽佣经纪吴继宗向theedgemarkets.com表示，该股在7月9日开始出现买入信号，当时股价为1.50令吉。

他说，在散户减持时，一些大型投资基金开始吸纳。

“据图表显示，买入信号始于7月9日，一些大型投资基金正累积该股。”

他还说，如果这趋势持续下去，该股可能突破1.95令吉的阻力水平。

今年3月30日，益马机构（基本面：2.5；估值：0.8）升至1.87令吉的历史新高，主要受拿督游光春成为公司大股东所带动。

该公司向大马交易所报备，截至3月24日，游光春持有约1224万股或15.3%股权。

截至3月杪的第三季，益马机构净利达454万令吉，按年扬42.8%，营业额扬16.9%至3814万令吉。

首9个月净利达882万令吉，按年升11.2%，营业额则为8228万令吉，与去年相若。

益马机构次季少赚33%

（吉隆坡4日讯）益马机构（IMASPRO，7222，主板工业产品股）截至去年12月杪次季，净利按年挫32.68%，从上财年的243万9000令吉，跌至164万2000令吉或每股净利2.05仙。

益马机构在文告中指出，由于销售与销售赚幅走低，而拖累当季净利表现。

次季营业额也按年减少9.09%，至2305万2000令吉，归咎于国内业务营业额按年萎缩22.2%。

合计上半年，净利按年微跌0.37%，至425万9000令吉或每股净利5.32仙；营业额按年下滑13.83%，报3803万7000令吉。

益马机构会继续专注在核心活动与扩展市场，并通过控制成本，确保业绩永续增长。【南洋网财经】

Working experience and occupation	He began his career as an Investment Analyst with Malaysian National Reinsurance Berhad, Kuala Lumpur and left as an Investment Manager in 1986. Thereafter, he joined KAB Group as the Corporate Planning Manager. In 1991, he returned to the investment and securities industry when he joined BBMB Securities Sdn. Bhd. as Manager of Institutional Sales. He left BBMB Securities in 1992 to join UMBC Securities Sdn. Bhd. as Manager, dealing before assuming the position of Senior Manager, dealing in MGI Securities Berhad in 1995. He left MGI Securities in 1998 and was based in London as Fund Manager of TRIM Capital Management Ltd. In 2000, he returned to Malaysia and was employed as Head of Islamic Products Unit, a start-up division to participate in the evolving opportunities in Islamic banking, in Melor Permata Capital Management Sdn. Bhd. He left the company in the same year to pursue his personal interest in the investment and securities industry.
