我有读过说,dennis wolf 会输是因为他的tricep. ...

选择strength program的原因:
打个比方,如果有一个人目前只可以squat40kg,进步了,squat可以上到45kg。。5kg的进步,的确看不出肌肉的进步。
如果那个人的squat,进步到了140kg。。100kg的进步,身体上的肌肉不可能没进步。

我选择Ronnie的方式。。所以我相信,strength program对hyperthrophy方面也是有效的。。
目前的1 rep max:
经过了一段时间的wave-ladder set训练,找到了自己1 rep max。。( 此外,wave-ladder set给我最大的进步莫过于更多的range of motion(ROM) )
5/3/1 采用的 1 rep max 将会是100%的90% 或 3 reps max,所以:
Military Press, 100%: 40kg
Deadlift, 100%: 140kg
Bench Press, 100%: 75kg
Squat, 100%: 120kg
Mobility & Stretching:

Training Spilts:
Monday: Military Press + Upper Body
Tuesday: Rest + Conditioning, Mobility, Stretching

Friday: Bench Press + Upper Body
Saturday: Squat + Lower Body
Sunday: Rest + Conditioning, Mobility, Stretching
Nutrition Approach:
Intermittent Fasting(IF) + If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) + Carbs Cycling

基本上,我一天只吃一餐(post-workout),有时pre-workout会吃一点。。
已经这么做快一年了,还活着。。
Supplements:

可能fast 20 hours, 4hours eating window!

Overhead Press + Upper Body
Warm Up: Defranco Agile 8
Core Lift: Overhead Press, 3 sets of 5
65%, 25kg x 5
75%, 30kg x 5
85%, 35kg x 6
Assistance Lift:
Incline Dumbbell Press, 5 sets of 10
Dumbbell Row, 5 sets of 10
Dumbbell Curl ( Blood Flow Restriction (BRF) ), 4 sets
Rope Ex (BRF), 4 sets
Face Pull, 3 sets of 10
Nutrition:
Postworkout Meal: Baked Beans + Eggs + Tuna, 1156kcals, 54c 82p 68f

哦哦。。。原来如此。。。才4个小时就要吃下所需的calorie ... 很难想象啊...还要fast 20hour ... 会有力吗。。

fasting 时可以饮用0 calories drinks..example: green tea, black coffee, water, L carnitine, bcaa...
energy source: fat, bcaa supplement
