3) Entries submitted MUST be in soft copy in CD format
4) The organizers reserve the right to convert the photos from CD format to 8R size print.
5) Entry forms can be downloaded at DAP Jelutong Facebook site or available at DAP Jelutong service centre.
6) Printing charge per copy 8R size is RM8.00
7) Judging will be done by a panel of professional photographers appointed by the organizer.
8) Judges decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entertained.
9) All respective Winners will be notified by phone or email address.
10) The organizers reserve the right to use the photos of all winners of this contest for the purpose of advertising
and all other forms of Publicity 'as and when' deem necessary and fit;
11) All entries MUST be submitted to DAP Jelutong service centre
12) Proof of Posting is not proof of receipt, only entries submitted to the DAP Jelutong service centre will be
acknowledged.
13) Incomplete, damaged or late entries will be disqualified.
14) Each entry MUST be accompanied by an entry form.
15) Entry submitted MUST be in accordance to the 'THEME' of the contest.
16) Photo(s) submitted MUST be from location / areas of Jelutong.
17) Entries submitted MUST also include the Road names and other relevant addresses;
