问题四个月还没解决!!今天收到它*们来email说(However, upon verifying in our system, we found that this issue had been addressed by our respective department and it still in progress.)
以下是我寄去的emai 和它*们回复的来来去去都在说(still in progress,midst of investigating and rectifying the issue)如果叫它*们喊Malaysia Bolxx。一定快快喊!!!做事就:@ :@

My first complaint dated 17 July 2009 and received your reply on 21 July 2009. Subsequently, I lodged the second complaint on 26 October 2009 and received your reply on 28 October 2009.
However, after 3 months since my first complaint, the same problem still exists which the connection to China websites is extremely slow. I have patiently waited for 3 months and looking forward to a faster connection but today you tell me that you still need more time to investigate!!!
You informed that you have taken into consideration the level of urgency in this matter but the problem has not been rectified and now you are asking me to give you more time. I don’t see the urgent attention given to my complaint and this has been dragging for too long. This is unacceptable!!!
I expect the next email from you is to inform me that the problem has been resolved. No more stupid excuses.

请看看国外的收费~~日本是目前全世界提供最快的宽频的国家而且每1mb收费是0.21美金~~
看来马来西亚的宽频还是等Y-Max推出之后可能来个大洗牌,也说不定~·
據楊忠禮機構執行主席兼董事經理丹斯里楊肅斌指出,Y-max 將在2010年初在西馬推出Wimax服務,所提供的資料下載速度達8Mbps,上傳速度2Mbps。比較目前P1為住宅提供的WiMAX設施,下截設施只有400Kbps至2.4Mbps,上傳速度為150至500kbps。
Y-max的目標是在五年內達到1400萬名用戶!這已經是大馬人口的半數了!!而Y-max比其他三家公司遲推出,是因為他們希望能夠讓服務在推出后盡快涵蓋全馬70%的人口,因此在第一年的投資,就高達10億零吉!而今年四月份YTL e-Solution和韓國三星簽署的合作文件,就是為了解決其他Wimax運營商的服務傳輸率低及素質低劣等問題。

我国是这样的啦。
真不明白为什么新加坡做到我国却做不到。
而且这里的宽频最好不要出问题,要不然投诉他们会一直跟你拖。真不懂该怎么说。 |

看到这个回复,真的感同身受,我也试过家里的线出了问题;
投诉了整两个星期。。他们的客服真的有改善,
但是只是一直打电话给你问一些愚蠢的问题,真的很令人火大。。:@:@:@
他们根本没有将我的问题记录下来,只是一直问我是不是ADSL lights stil blinking??
我的妈呀,我已经说了千遍我家的电话线有问题,叫他们来换;
已经帮他找到问题的根源,就连来动手做一做都不会吗?
到底他们是技术知识,是随随便便照稿读的吗?:@:@:@
还有,家里的线经常断线也就算了,一旦下雨,更糟糕,完全用不到。。
我在想它跟某个产品很相像,一旦下雨,电视机可以直接关掉了。。
已经投诉了不只千遍了,完全没有进步。。
国家还要用多少年来进步??如果2012真的是末世代,
那我们到死那天,国家仍然是背负着落后国家之名,含憾而终。。
说实在的,人民并不是不爱国,只是这么烂透的国家,怎么爱??? |
