真不明白为什么投资着没有注意sealink。PE6.5，ROE12，DY5.93。跟它相同的行业来比较，sealink股价严重被低估！再加上东马将会举行的大选，这股在近期一定会爆发,投资者请别错过

海聯國際獲1.1億合約

（吉隆坡23日訊）海聯國際（SEALINK，5145，主要板工業）宣佈獲2項總值1億1300萬令吉的售船及長期租船合約。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，獲得總值4200萬令吉售船合約，分別在今年底及明年初脫售2艘岸外支援船予海外客戶。

另外，海聯國際亦獲得總值7100萬令吉的長期租船合約，向外租借4艘岸外支援船，不過未提及合約期限。

文告指出，兩項合約總值1億1300萬令吉，將貢獻至截至今年底財年盈利及淨資產。[ChinaPress]

INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of Sealink International Berhad ("SEALINK" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that on the 23 November 2012, Sealink Group has secured contracts totaling RM113  million  consisting of contracts for the sale of two (2) offshore support vessels for a total cash consideration of approximately RM42 million and long term charters for four (4) vessels totaling approximately RM71 million.   DETAILS OF THE VESSEL SALES AND CHARTERS Sealink Group had secured contracts for the sale of two (2) offshore support vessels for a total consideration of approximately RM42 million. The vessels will be delivered to the overseas customers by end of 2012 and early 2013. Sealink had also secured the long term charters for four (4) offshore support vessels totaling approximately RM71 million, excluding options. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The contracts secured are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of SEALINK for the financial year ending 31 December 2012 and beyond.  Notwithstanding this, the above are not expected to have any material effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the contracts secured. DIRECTORS' STATEMENT The Board of Directors of SEALINK, having considered all factors is of the opinion that the contracts secured are in the best interest of the Company.
