要在英国工作，除了工作准证，还需要National Insurance Number 和银行户口。

NI No, 还不是一个障碍，因为可以通过中介所，得到一个临时NI No，麻烦的是银行户口！一定要身份证明和地址证明，才能申请。地址证明也只接受官方文件.....除非碰到好的雇主，愿意帮你申请，不过，许多雇主，甚至中介所，一听到你没有银行户口，就叫你申请了银行户口再来。

英国留学生，很容易就找到临时工，因为一）有银行户口，二）有NI No, 三）没有沟通障碍，四）referer! 。。。。这四样东西，对申请合法工作是非常重要的！所以，我想，在这里发言的，很多都是留学生，真正以working holiday maker 的身份过来的，大概都不会像我这样得空......上网。

在英国合法打工，必须被抽２１。７９％的税，不过，如果没有超过特定的数额，年终可以申请回扣。至于学生不必缴税，因为他们一周的工作时间不能超过２０小时。

留学生都不会碰到上述问题，自然也不会了解银行户口和referers的重要性。没有银行户口，即使赚到钱，也没有办法汇回家，因为银行只接受户口转帐，至于邮政局办理转帐手续费很高，£1000 要收£ 54的手续费。

所以，持有Holiday Working Permit 的人，通常都会到中餐厅打工，大概基于上述四个问题.....再说，不用被扣税。

要过来的朋友，最好在餐厅或超级市场先吸取经验，因为这里即使是申请清洁工作，负责人也会惯性地问：｀有没有清洁经验？｀！

至于中餐厅，请把它列为最后的选择，因为.....真的很辛苦，且很累！不过，如果你是一个刻苦耐劳，吃得了苦的人的话.....那就直接去中餐厅打工算了！

还有，最好有个朋友在这边，否则.....真的会觉得｀寂寞难耐｀！

1. 当局接受挪后三个月的入境日期，也就是说，你在二月份申请，可以在表格上写５月份才入境。

2. 只要给他们看银行帐户和护照就行了。

3. ＆ 4. 基本上，没有什么特定的情况或条件，不过，我想，最好有工作，因为我申请时，碰到两个英国留学生，他们的申请程序似乎不比我的顺利。其中，有一个和我同天申请，不过较我迟领到准证，另一个则申请了好几个月，都没有消息。

5.我想，最主要的条件是，给他们看越多的钱越好，以证明你的经济能力，所以英鎊或RM都无所谓。

6. 我记得，在申请表格或有关网站上有注明：准证持有人，并不一定可以入境英国，英国当地海关有权拒绝让准证持有人入境。所以，可以想象英国从中赚了多少外汇！

入境时，海关或会问很多问题....只要不让他们觉得，你来了英国就不想离开，基本上是没问题的。

7. 以上仅仅共大家参考，申请条件和资格，或会有更动，所以申请前，请详细地读一读申请资料和手续。

I share my experience here.

Before you go to UK with your working holiday permit, you need to find a job through Internet and accomodation. Make sure after you arrive Uk, you have a place to sleep and open a bank account within 2 weeks. I high recommend HSBC, more easy to open. If possible please open a HSBC in Malaysia and bring a check from HSBC Malaysia to be bank in to your HSBC UK, then should be easy to open account.
I have friends (not very close now, but somebody in this forum can help you because he more familiar with them) who still in UK and they arrange accomodation and job for people who apply WHP, and then after go there straight work.....Normally, your income direct credit to your bank account, so you need one bank account....

Regarding the NI number, I can tell you here is, I never go to apply for NI number but I have temporary NI number. This is becasue temporary NI number is using your DOB plus XXX( I forget already). Try to compare people who have temporary NI number and then you will find out how to create your own fake temporary NI number.

My experience is very interesting.
I travel to Hatfield (Univeristy of Hertfordshire) with 2 friends and meet another friend who study there. He help us to cheat Student Union of U of Hertfordshire and then put our name in the top of waiting list. We cheat them we want to study master degree. My friend in U of Hert use few month to familiar with staff overthere. Then, we find a job under student union. Then we also find a Royal Mail job throught another agent. At first, after we reach Hatfield, we don't have any job for about 1-2 months. In this period, we try to use other people "name" to go to work and then they pay us money. They want to keep their name still in the list so agent will arrange them job every week.Sometimes due to some personal reason they cannot go to work so we help them...this is our first job, work no under our name.

You need to have a car. I can tell you here, our car is around GBP300-GBP500. Tell you a very amazing thing here, our car don't have road tax, almost every payable document we don't apply.. When owning a car in UK, you need to have road tax and one thing I forget liao, but we totally don't have. Our car even don't have the cover which use to close petrol tank, so means we cannot fill the petrol tank full.
When meet police then how? I cannot teach you here because if you cannot settle in peaceful then may be you need to go to court. Although you can ignore it but I afraid in the future you cannot step into UK. Some of my friend got caught buy UK police becasue of no road tax and that thing, but still can settle.Settle here not means "rasuah", don't try use rasuah there...you will die....only can tell you one simple thing but not encourage people to try unless you really prepare not to go UK forever although chance is low....don't bring license and any related to your name document when driving and then how to settle depend you

Work hard and try to be familiar with manager or UK ppl..although may be you will think they are very arrogant...bo pien...quite similar to singaporian but becasue they earn "GBP". Then, could be your future over there become very bright...like one of my friend who work in MC Donald part time but at the end can promote to assistant manager...manager like him.....

Wei...one day I work more than 18小时 already.....after work Tesco 10 hour, then signup earlier a bit then striaght continue anohter 8 hour at Royal Mail...
I know a friend who none stop working 28 hour...although I don't know he make it or not at last.....
But one week my self work more than 80 hour....no time for me to take bath and eat...only want to sleep after job....

I know a way in which you can transfer any amount ofmoney from UK to Malaysia with only GBP1.20. ^_^.

Just try to work until you feel that you don't have time to take bath, sleep or eat together....means you only can choose one of above three....because you will really tired and no time for you to do above thing.....then in the short time you can be rich.....

One of my frined, she is not a student, not holding WHP..just intend to go there to find frined for sightingseeing then later don't know what reason stay in UK to work illegally....but she able to find a full time job...sales job...around GBP800-1000...she don't have UK bank account......amazing right?

英国生活费最低应该是BRADFORD吧, 相对的薪金也不高.去靠近大城市的地方,LONDON, 都是5到6POUNDS/HR. 自已烧饭吧,外面吃是贵了点.找多一点伴可以轮留烧饭

我想和大家分享我面试的经验一下.
你最好需要准备25000 以上吧,因为我的银行存折有25000他们好像嫌太少了.
然后他们会问你为什么要过去,为什么你那么年轻不要在这里读书,然后跑去那里.
然后他们会问你一些英国的问题,比如一个月的房子租金,巴士的钱,食物的价钱等等.
如果你说想在英国边旅行边做工的话,他们会问为什么不要在这里做工赚钱然后才去旅行,
他们的问题很挑剔一下,现在不比以前容易拿准证了,因为很人跳飞机到那里.
总之你给的答案在之前最好要在家想好好,不然一定给他问到傻掉的.
希望你们能够面试成功,面试过后他们就会马上给你知道答案,如果不成功他们会解释给你听
如果你要反驳他的理由,需要在一个月内申请过,然后在等一年来反驳.
很浪费时间.

是否如果申请holiday maker visa不被批准， 就在三或五年内被禁止申请其他种类visa？
