我买mbsb是因为看好它会被私有化。主要原因在之前的帖子提过了，我认为对EPF来说，MBSB有她的价值，所以重组以提高价值是绝对合理的。

买进数量不多，纯粹是想证明自己的推测。

MBSB会不会因为股权增加了，卖压就相对增加呢？EPF出价高可能也没有买家。。。。。

EPF应该不会在公开市场出售她的股权，因为她的股份太多，卖一点点就将造成股价大跌了，找人入股30％的可能性最大。

CONVERSION OF 165 MILLION REDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARES OF RM1.00
EACH TO 330 MILLION ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH
We refer to the announcements dated 2 July 2003, 9 July 2003 and 25 August
2003.

We wish to inform that the Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS")
has, with effect from 3.00 p.m. on 21st August 2008 ("Maturity Date") expired
and in accordance with the Subscription Agreement dated 6 March 2003, all
outstanding RCPS will be automatically converted into new ordinary shares
within 30 days commencing immediately after Maturity Date.

The conversion price was, on 9 July 2003 fixed at two (2) new ordinary shares
of RM1.00 each  in the capital of Malaysia Building Society Berhad for every
one (1) ordinary RCPS held.

This announcement dated 21 August 2008.

EPF 和 PNB 会在一个月的时间自动把1个RCPS 转换去 2个MBSB 母股。。。
MBSB的股价会调低吗？

Non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement under Paragraph
8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities"
The Board of Directors of Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB / the
Company" wishes to announce that following the conversion of 165,000,000
Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares of RM1.00 each to 330,000,000 ordinary
shares of RM1.00 each, the public shareholding spread of the Company has
dropped to 20.13% held by 13,698 public shareholders as at 26 August 2008.

Based on the above, the Company is not in compliance with Paragraph 8.15(1) of
the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. The Company has on 27 August 2008
submitted an application for approval to Bursa Securities to accept a
percentage lower than 25% of the total number of listed shares pursuant to
Practice Note No. 19/2006.

This announcement is dated 27 August 2008.
