民都魯港口庫存現曙光
（吉隆坡）民都魯港口（BIPORT,5032,主板貿服組）油棕處理單位－民都魯港口庫存（BIPORT BULKERS）今年次季轉虧為盈，分析員相信，此業務在今年有望展露曙光、扭轉乾坤。
連續3年虧損後，民都魯港口旗下的民都魯港口散庫存，因服務與設施的需求增加，而在今年次季取得溫和的盈利水平。
民都魯港口庫存主要為棕油、食油、蔬菜油和其他副產品提供庫存和貯藏措施。
建10新油槽增加貯藏量
此公司正有意興建10個新的油糟，總貯藏量達2萬6000公噸，以迎合市場需求，因此公司約80%的貯藏量經由長期租戶佔用。
再者，砂拉越的3家新公司已獲頒執照，以在民都魯設立棕油提煉廠，若每名客戶的每天產量達1000公噸，分析員估計，民都魯港口庫存的貨物吞吐量每年可達110萬公噸。
聯昌研究指出，民都魯港口坐擁4億8900萬令吉現金，擁有資本回退或派發特別股息的空間。
再者，砂拉越發展走廊或宣佈更多計劃，對公司或有利；大馬液化天然氣產能的進一步擴充亦帶來裨益。
聯昌研究持續以7.1%的加權平均資本成本（WACC）保持此股的貼現現金流至2052年，在全球市場動盪不定及國內政局不穩大前提下，抗跌性股項似乎是市場關注之股項，而民都魯港口誘人的10%週息率，不但有助扶托股價，而許多公司頻頻受創之際，此公司也仍然提供穩定的收入來源。
開拓非液化天然氣業務
此股在過去2個月因市場低迷而從5令吉90仙滑瀉至5令吉40仙，聯昌研究認為，股價的滑跌是理性的，因民都魯港口的抗跌性素質，包括穩定收入和長期派息，這些誘人要素在市場飄搖不定之際仍沒有改變。
與其倚重液化天然氣業務，民都魯港口也探視開拓非液化天然氣業務業務，包括貨櫃、棕油、肥料、散貨，它也積極促銷其港口為木材貨運轉換中心，沙巴及砂拉越的所有木基出口需集中於民都魯，以供再運送。

投资6亿拓展业务 民都鲁港口或发债筹资

民都鲁港口（BiPort，5032，主板贸服股）为未来2至3年的普通货运及集装箱终站承载量拓展计划设下6亿令吉资本开销的预估，并不排除通过债券筹资的可能性。

肯南嘉投资研究指出，目前该公司的资本开销均是通过内部资金进行融资，但预料最后的资本开销将较管理层6亿令吉的预测来得更低，因管理层正寻求各种方案以节省成本。

此外，分析员也指出，民都鲁港口在截至2008年12月31日拥有4亿5900万令吉或每股1.15令吉的现金，预料该公司在今年能够维持丰厚的股息派发，因此维持38.6仙的股息预估。

同时，分析员维持民都鲁港口“买入”投资评级及6.75令吉的目标价格，预料该公司将在液化天然气及棕油出口稳健的展望下取得稳健的表现，回酬率依旧处于7.0％的高吸引力水平。

（吉隆坡18日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主板貿服組）涉及的新港口計劃－沙瑪拉祖港口（SAMALAJU PORT），將在砂州再生能源走廊計劃（SCORE）的港口後援服務領域扮演重要角色，使該公司有望攫取該計劃的豐厚潛在商機。

大馬研究表示，該公司近期裡將新港口－沙瑪拉祖港口發展計劃提呈給砂州政府當局。目前正敲定有關計劃，及已委任工程諮詢公司展開詳細設計，接著進行可行性研究，包括确定新港口發展成本等。

預料港口發展計劃會在年杪作出決定，而港口料在2012年初開始動工。該公司將開始推行初步工程，包括土方工程，以及新港口的一些發展配套。

該研究表示，從2013年開始，預料新港口原料運載量至少達到500萬公噸，比之前估計的200萬公噸增加逾倍。這使它首5年的產量平均增長率介於15至40%，接著每年成長放緩至約5%水平。

若是納入沙瑪拉祖港口貢獻，該公司的折價現金流（DCF）估值將增加6%或是60仙，從原本10令吉30仙，增加至10令吉90仙。

該新港口獲得州政府重視，使它進展更為清晰，並且消除調整收費及港口發展主要決定的疑慮，因為它對砂州政府推行砂州再生能源走廊計劃的成敗，扮演舉足輕重角色。該計劃目前已吸引約95億令吉的投資，主要是座落在沙瑪拉祖工業園。

該研究認為，該公司中短期的盈利隱憂，主要是較高折舊成本，因最近它在港口結構的資本開銷的折舊較高，因為它剩下較短港口特許專營期限，即僅剩下10至11年光景。

該研究預測其2011年核心淨利為1億2千940萬令吉，2012年為1億4千950萬令吉，以及2013年的1億5千300萬令吉。合理目標價為8令吉33仙，評級保持“買進”。（星洲日報／財經）
