昨天拿了urgent leave, 出席了股东大会... 花了$20++ taxi 钱... 
会议后和Mr Toh Peng Seong, Executive Director (responsible for the operations of the group)了解了一些:
Generators set
- production about 100 piece / month
- 顾客群 - commercial buildings (shopping mall, IT data storage center), residential buildings, Industrial
- Market - 90% 出口. 现在专注 Russia, India, 和 Middle East 市场. Russia & India 占了差不多 50% 的营业额.
- Function: as a backup energy
工厂
- 去年在中国建工厂. 以应付中国国内的市场需求. 这解释了为什么 VibroPower 在亚洲的营业额上涨了35%, 而 Operating Profit 却亏了$52k. 今年这工厂将开始生产 generators.
Trade Receivable
- trade receivable 高. 但是都 secure by insurance.
New Project: Renewable Energy
总的来说, 我觉得这公司值得长期投资. 因为:
- P/E 低
- Divident yield 高
- ROE 高
p/s: Mr Toh 给我的印象: 人很nice, gentleman. |

Following the issue of the 13,888,888 new of shares in the Company, the number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares of the Company is increased to 324,299,176 ordinary shares. The EPS and NTA per ordinary shares of the Company, based on the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2007 would have been 1.06 cents instead of 1.11 cents and 6.40 cents instead of 6.69 cents, respectively.

今早在 $8.62 的价位买了1 lot SGX (S68).
刚刚在 $8.85 的价位卖出了...
Contra 的费用还不清楚, 不懂赚多少....
根据Commission Calculator 的算法:
Buy 1 lot SGX - Total: $8651.13
Sell 1 lot SGX - Total: $8818.75
Net: $167.62
请问各位大大... 酱算对吗? |

我对contra没有概念.... 不懂它的算法...
明天, 如果情况允许, 我会在contra同样的股...看看brokerage charges 有没有...
如果同一天买卖多次同样的股票... 我想 brokerage charges 应该算一次吧... ?

我在 $8.98 买了1 lot.... 现在 $8.87... 
请问如果是酱... brokerage fees 算一次吗? 因为昨天买进,然后卖出...今天又买进.... brokerage fees = 买一次, 卖一次吗?
还是昨天买,算一次, 卖, 算一次; 然后今天买, 又在算一次? |

幸好刚刚在 $8.70 的价位卖出了...
买卖3次 SGX (S68)... 心情有如坐过山车... 尸吊....
总共亏了$20++....
还好...学费不贵.... |
