我来顶你一下。。根据Gidon大哥以前说过:
新车去投诉SC,可以Claim的。。。。。
如果SC说memang ini macam punya, 就叫SC写在service report 上面,然后去HQ投诉。
under warranty有什么不满意就尽量去CLAIM TC不要客气.
大部分的SC都会耍太极的, 如不满SC的服务和态度跟SC要求记录下来SC不能解决的问题和解释(或自己记录),然后电邮或打电话去TC HQ.
如果有什么不能CLAIM的TC HQ会跟我们解释和交代. 如果觉得不能接受TC HQ的解释. 只要我们有POINT可以叫TC HQ出一张official letter然后可以去NCCC 投诉 TC HQ. 不过如果TC HQ敢出official letter就证明TC HQ很有信心, 我们也不能做什么了.
之前 wyh 网友提供的资料很好用..跟着以下的STEP, 没什么CLAIM不到的
