我还是觉得私有化的可能性比较少,
发红股或是特别股息可能性比较高.
来个一送一红股或
RM0.40 的特别股息
或两者兼施

ACQUISITION OF NAVI PIER LIMITED
ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) SHARE, REPRESENTING THE ENTIRE ISSUED CAPITAL IN NAVI
PIER LIMITED BY KERRY UTILITIES LIMITED, AN INDIRECT SUBSIDIARY OF PPB GROUP
BERHAD
1. INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (23), Part J of Chapter 9 of the Listing
Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, PPB wishes to announce that
Kerry Utilities Limited ('KUL'), an indirect subsidiary of PPB, has on 7
December 2007 acquired one (1) share of par value HK$1.00, representing the
entire issued capital in Navi Pier Limited ('Navi Pier') for a cash
consideration of HK$1.00 ('the Acquisition'). Arising from the Acquisition,
Navi Pier has become an indirect subsidiary of PPB.

2. INFORMATION ON NAVI PIER
Navi Pier was incorporated in Hong Kong on 8 October 2007 with an authorised
share capital of HK$10,000/- divided into 10,000 shares of par value HK$1.00
each. The Company is presently dormant.

After the Acquisition, the principal activity of Navi Pier will be investment
holding.

3. INFORMATION ON KUL
KUL was incorporated in Samoa on 16 October 2000. The authorised share capital
of KUL is USD5,000,000/- divided into 5,000,000 ordinary shares of USD1.00
each, of which 3,171,720 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up.
The principal activity of KUL is investment holding.

KUL is a 50% subsidiary of Chemquest (Overseas) Limited, which in turn, is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Chemquest Sdn Bhd. Chemquest Sdn Bhd is a 55%
direct subsidiary of PPB.

4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE ACQUISITION
a. Share Capital
The Acquisition will not have any effect on the share capital of PPB.

b. Net Assets
The Acquisition will not have any material effect on the net assets of
the PPB Group based on its latest audited consolidated balance sheet as at 31
December 2006.

c. Earnings
The Acquisition will not have any material effect on the earnings of
the PPB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2007.

5. INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND PERSONS CONNECTED WITH
THEM
None of the Directors or major shareholders of PPB or persons connected with
them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.
