Description	NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL ASESSMENT RECEIVED FROM INLAND REVENUE BOARD OF MALAYSIA
The Board of Directors of Hartalega Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd,a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 4th August 2025 received a Notice of Additional Assessments from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRB”) for the assessment years of: 2017 amounting to RM13,921,397.77, 2018 amounting to RM36,345,767.39, 2019 amounting to RM10,695.00, 2020 amounting to RM32,887,642.22, 2021 amounting to  RM18,102,650.11 and 2022 amounting to RM90,624.60 respectively. The Company is currently seeking legal advice and evaluating its legal options, which may include initiating a formal appeal to the IRB. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments. This announcement is made in compliance with Paragraph 9.03 of the of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). This announcement is dated 5th August 2025.
