其实如果我们买了groupon, 如果发现到情形是这样, 如果我们没有redeem到, 可以跟groupon要求退款吗? |

就是啊。。 买groupon的时候我也是看到写晚上也可以的, 所以我才会买啊。。。 不懂我们可以凭这张纸complain给groupon吗? 等下我空闲的时候, 想要那么做。。。。 不然我咽不下这口气。。。 |

Dear Groupon Management,
I had purchased 3 groupon voucher, for total 5-pax dine-in Dim Sum Buffet at Xin Kung Fu, Kuching.
The moment i bought those vouchers, i had read the redemption period, i understand that the voucher is not valid on 16Jun only, which is Father's Day. Therefore, i decided to make a reservation on the 15th June evening. The first attempt was 2 weeks ago, my husband called Xin Kung Fu for reservation, when i informed the restaurant staff i would like to redeem the voucher on 15th June, before my husband managed to finish his sentences about reservation name and booking time, the restaurant staff response was impatient and their staff end the conversation and the phone call was terminated from the other side.
Our Second attempt to make reservation was on 14th June evening, just the day before our dinner. I first asked the restaurant staff on the availability for 5-pax on 15th june 7.30pm, the staff politely say: Oh yes. Then I informed that we would like to redeem the groupon voucher. At that moment, i can feel like we are not being treated politely anymore once we mentioned groupon. The staff changed his mind, and tell us that their restaurant are quite full, and requested us to come at 6pm.
On the next day, when my family arrived at Xin Kung Fu, their staff denied that we had made any reservation for 5-pax. He said we only booked for 4-pax. I remembered clearly I had told them 5-pax through the phone. Even if he remembered wrongly, but what's the matter with 4 or 5 pax? If we had booked a table, the difference for 4 & 5 pax is just 1 seat. We are able to tolerate to squeeze in another chair even if it's a slight smaller table.
With slight arguement, finally the staff let us redeem the voucher. When we are seated, the waiter brought along the menu & a full laminated page with groupon redeem regulations. The regulations given was contradict to those that had been posted on groupon website when we purchase the voucher. Attached please find the photographes of the regulations for groupon redemption.
When we bought the voucher, we expected Dim Sum Buffet. When they call it a buffet, buffet normally means unlimited flow of Dim Sum, as much as we can eat on the spot. However, we are restricted to have only 1 set of each type from the menu of 16 choices, no repeat orders for any items from the same person. How can anyone call this buffet???????? Despite from this, only 15 choices are available that evening.
We were really disappointed being treated this way. For this case, customers with groupon vouchers are not being treated politely. We ate the meal with a broken heart, had a feeling of being cheated.
I have a friend who hasn't redeem his voucher from this same restaurant yet, after listening to my experience, he worry that he would receive the same awful service from Xin Kung Fu restaurant.
We hope that you can take immediate action towards the abovementioned restaurant.

我save 了楼上画了红线的groupon website的print screen, 和那个规则照片, 一起attached 给他们了。。。
就看他们几时回应我了, 有什么采取什么行动, 就看他们了。。
我已经做完我所能够做的了。。。 慢点你们如果还想去的话, 就去redeem看服务态度有没有改善咯。。。 
这就是给自己机会看看groupon 是不是一个很有系统很有原则的商家的时候了。
如果这样的商家都没有得到取缔的话, 以后买groupon的voucher, 要三思!!! |
