FUND RAISING | Description | DIGISTAR CORPORATION BERHAD ("DIGISTAR" OR THE "COMPANY")PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF DIGISTAR ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT") | The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. Reference is made to the announcements dated 16 February 2016, 19 February 2016, 11 March 2016 and 14 March 2016 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Digistar ("Board"), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 15 March 2016 fixed the issue price for the Private Placement, comprising 45,604,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Digistar ("Digistar Share(s)") ("Placement Share(s)") at RM0.143 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.143 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.38% to the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Digistar Shares up to and including 14 March 2016 of RM0.1578 per Digistar Share.

（吉隆坡25日讯）立艺企业（DIGISTA，0029，主板科技股）看好保安和安全在国内的重要程度提高，因此，有信心可继续保持增长势头。
立艺企业董事经理拿督威拉李华中在文告中指出，公司依然抱持乐观态度，因为公司已准备就绪，来借助我国愈加重视保安和安全的趋势，来维持增长。
“立艺企业拥有个人安全设备的亚洲市场独家经销权，这些设备可让我们在全球监测和查询，公司目标是在今年次季，推介这些设备。”
目前，立艺企业拥有多个大马通讯与多媒体委员会（MCMC）所颁发的执照，包括网络设施供应商、网络服务供应商、应用服务供应商和内容应用服务供应商。
在今年第2或第3季，公司将在这些执照当中，选出其中一个来展开业务。

（吉隆坡29日讯）立艺企业（DIGISTA,0029,主板科技组）已完成大马国家科技促进中心建设工程，将从今年9月1日起落实为期15年，每月收费达301万2066令吉的资产管理服务特许经营权。
粗略估计，上述经营权总收费可达5亿4217万令吉。
该公司发文告表示，相关特许经营权落实将对截至2017至2030年9月30日止财政年盈利和净有形资产带来正面效益。

NON RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | Description | DIGISTAR CORPORATION BERHAD (DIGISTAR OR THE COMPANY) CONCESSION AGREEMENT ENTERED BETWEEN INDERA PERSADA SDN BHD AND GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA | Further to our announcements made on 2 September 2013 and 3 September 2013 in relation to the Concession Agreement entered between Indera Persada Sdn Bhd (“IPSB”) (a subsidiary of Digistar) and Government of Malaysia as represented by the Ministry of Works (“the Government”). The Board of Digistar wishes to announce that the construction works in the Malaysian National Technology Advancement Centre at Alor Gajah, Melaka has been completed and in accordance with the Certificate of Completion and Compliance relating to Facilities and Infrastructures.
The Concession Agreement in relation to the Availability Charges and Asset Management Services Charges will start on 1 September 2016 and shall continue for a period of 15 years from 2016 to 2030 and IPSB shall be entitled to the charges by way of monthly payment of RM3,012,066.
The Concession Agreement was expected to contribute positively to Digistar Group’s earnings and net tangible assets for the financial year endings 30 September 2017 to 30 September 2030.

（吉隆坡10日訊）立藝企業（DIGISTA，0029，主要板科技）宣布委任丹斯里再尼奧馬，出任獨立非執行主席，取代丹斯里莫哈默札曼職務。
該公司發布文告指出，再尼奧馬同時也是審計和風險管理委員會、提名委員會和薪酬委員會主席。
立藝企業有信心，再尼奧馬過去的豐富經驗，可領導公司邁向更高峰。
他在能源、航空、水供領域皆有貢獻，曾出任工程局（JKR）總監。【中国报财经】
