不是很了解什么是community practise
可以解释一下吗？

因为英国方面比较注重community practice, australia也是一样。USA 则是比较注重clinical， 尤其是他们的PharmD.

毕竟，professional和真正的病人是不一样的， 而且英国的病人和马来西亚的病人的水准肯定有差。

community practice和clinical分别是什么样的practice？

当然不一样。

community practice is the job of pharmacist as the front line of health care providers  among the community. They provide counselling, dispensing to the patient (normally walk in) and also reporting and monitoring of drug's adverse effect. It is also important that the pharmacist should refer the patient with severe illness to the hospital or clinics base on his/her professional judgement. He/ she should provide basic health care knowdlege to the community and play a vital role in increasing the health care awareness among the community.

Clinical pharmacy is a field that incorporate the pharmacy knowdlege and his clinical skills to provide pharmaceutical care to the patient. Counselling, drug monitoring, and so on...

anyway, there are overlaps among this two practice. To make it simple, community practice deal with walk in patient while clinical pharmacy deal with hospitalized patient. This is juz a rough differentiation. Details...pls check in google.

我申请KL lo.

照以前的例子应该是8月吧。

我也是在考试啊。
下个星期一最后一张了。
就这样4年就这样过去了。

有时候不是不喜欢读书啊，
有时读到不着边际这样。。。
搞到很沮丧。

对咯，因为80%以上的人都将会到community里面去，不过我们在pre-reg的时候就要选community, hospital or industry, 那时候在不同的环境学到不一样的东西，在医院的话会更注重clinical, 在community的话当然更注重community. 我想有了basic，这两个都不会是个问题。

可是那天kementerian的人说不会派自己会自己的州的哦。
害我们整班人都很乱一下，因为看到很多例子都是申请回自己的州的
可是事情是怎样，我也不是很清楚

这种东西谁都讲不清啊。

选自己的州 - 也会被丢。
选HOT的州 - 也会被丢。

我想了好久，在交FORM前的一晚都在想。
最后想给自己一个挑战（还是开一个玩笑？），
写了一个似乎很怪的选择。。。

至少，现在讲起来，我是没有什么遗憾啦。
是祸是福，至少都是我自己的决定。
