第2大股东低价卖股 RHB遭遇卖压重挫

（吉隆坡15日讯）兴业银行（RHBBANK，1066，主板金融股）的第2大股东阿布达比主权基金--穆巴达拉投资在套现该银行3%股权后，分析员不排除穆巴达拉投资或继续卖出剩余的14.7%股权，並认为若大批股权一下子流入市场，將导致兴业银行的股价承压。
兴业银行今日遭遇巨大卖压，早盘开市后股价即下跌至全天最低的5.10令吉，跌幅达4.49%或24仙，但稍后卖压逐渐舒缓，稍微收窄跌幅至5.15令吉，并在该价位窄幅波动，闭市时报5.13令吉，全天下跌21仙或3.93%，成交量为590万零800股。该股也是今日的第7大下跌股，同时也创下自2016年9月份以来最大单日跌幅。
马银行投行分析员表示，穆巴达拉投资是以每股5.07令吉脱售兴业银行的3%股权，较昨日闭市价折价5%。目前，穆巴达拉投资仍持有兴业银行的14.7%股权。
分析员引述媒体报道指，阿布扎比的策略投资机构--穆巴达拉投资已脱售了兴业银行1亿2030万股股票或3%股权，每股转手价为5.07令吉，该脱售价是在该机构出价5.07令吉至5.18令吉区间的低端水平，而该批股权脱售让该机构套现了6亿1000万令吉。
「以5.07令吉转手价计算，该价格相等于是以兴业银行2019財政年8.5倍的预估本益比交易，比其过往平均10.3倍预估本益比来得低。
该价格也等于2019財政年0.8倍的股价对账面价值比（P/BV）和9.9%的股东基金回酬率（ROE），同时，该售价也比我们给予兴业银行5.90令吉的目標价，折价14%。」
穆巴达拉或续减持
穆巴达拉投资是在2011年时，以每股10.80令吉买下兴业银行24.9%股权，但由于在2015年时没有认购该公司的5配1附加股，因此股权遭稀释至17.7%。
该分析员续说，在脱售3%股权后，该机构仍持有14.7%股权，属于兴业银行的第2大股东。
由于穆巴达拉投资的未来动向未明，因此不排除它將继续减持兴业银行的股权，该情况或將导致兴业银行的股价在未来承受压力。
「鉴于该机构是兴业银行的被动投资者，因此可能会继续脱售股权。」
马银行投行分析员仍维持兴业投行5.90令吉的目標价和「守住」投资评级。今年1月份，有媒体报导指穆巴达拉投资正探討它在兴业银行的持股，并諮询专家意见和如何处置该批股权。根据该公司2017年报，雇员公积金局（EPF）是兴业银行的最大股东，持股率为40.7%或16亿3202万股。
