请问chromosome，gene，DNA的分别是什么？？

请问有谁是来自槟城的日新中学吗？
有Mr.Goay、Mycikgu的学校，我不确定是独中还是国中。
因为我需要rat dissection的pratical drawing。
而那中学的图书馆里有一本超能用的书！
希望有人可以帮忙把experiment 8&11的pratical drawing给我。

以比较数学的方式表达这三者的关系：
gene∈DNA∈chromosome

• chromosome=extremely long molecule of dna
• gene=section of dna
• gene=unit of inheritance

Cytoskeleton

• Reinforces cell shape.
• Provides anchorage.
• Involved with movement of organelles within cell and, in some circumstances, of whole cell.
• Made of proteins.
• 3 structural units: Microtubules, Microfilaments, Intermediate filaments.

Microtubules

• Hollow tubes, 13 columns of tubulin molecules.

Microfilaments

• Two intertwined filaments of actin.

书是这样写的：

an increase in temperature increases the fluidity of the membrane. At moderate warm temperatures, the cholesterol molecules reduce the free movement of phospholipid molecules and make the membrane less fluid. At low temperatures, cholesterol molecules prevent the close packing of phospholipid molecules and slow down solidification of the membrane...

它说，在warm temperature..make the membrane less fluid..不就是fluidity decreases 吗？然后它又说at low temperature..slow down the solidification of the membrane?那就是说比较慢变成solid..。所以是high fluidity..

so..不是应该温度越低，fluidity 越高？还是我理解错了？谁可以帮我纠正下？谢谢

应该是没有关联的
第2句开始的是说cholesterol分子怎样在不同的温度维持membrane的流动性
第1句应该是对的
temp越高的话
membrane里面的油脂物的活动性应该越大的
以上纯粹是我的个人推测
请高手解释。。。

Cholestrol act as membrane fluidity regulator because
1. it restricts excessive fluidity at higher temperature
2. it prevents close packing of phospholipid at lower temperature
