德利航運大熱‧股價卻沒變

德利航運（HUBLINE，7013，主板貿服組）最近都進入十大熱門，為何股價都沒變？前景如何？公司內部有問題嗎？

答：德利航運旗下子公司主要涉足投資控股、貿易、船運服務、船務代理、船隻業主及出租、及提供海事貨柜處理服務。

該公司經營40艘的船隻，包括貨柜船隻、干散裝船，以及拖船與駁船；主要在亞洲區域市場提供船運服務，特別是進行亞洲國家之間貿易的船運服務活動。

雖然交投熱絡，但由於股價非常“低”，市價約在4.5仙至5.5仙水平，若是“僅”起落一仙或半仙，從巴仙率的角度來看，已經是很可觀的起落幅度。這可能是炒家在興風作浪，或是大股東賣票，而炒作吸引散戶進場撐托的行動，不得不察。

至於公司業務前景，先探探最新業績表現；截至2014年6月30日為止，該公司第三季取得淨利202萬3千令吉（每股淨利0.06仙），前期淨虧損為1億6千317萬5千令吉（每股淨虧5.03仙）。該公司第三季營業額為9千215萬8千令吉，前期為8千954萬2千令吉。

截至2104年6月30日為止的首9個月，該公司淨利為702萬4千令吉（每股淨利為0.22仙）、前期淨虧損為1億9千294萬7千令吉。而營業額為2億7千660萬5千令吉，前期為2億8千862萬2千令吉。

同期間，該公司的保留盈利賬項是負1億9千765萬6千令吉（或是累積虧損）。該公司的每股資產值為14仙。由於公司業務涉及海外市場，馬幣與外幣匯率也將與其盈利表現息息相關。

談到公司現財政年未來季度的業務前景，該公司董事部在宣佈上述業績時指出，它旗下的干散裝貨船領域的前景依然受看好，使此業務的船隊全面取得租用，預料可持續至今年其餘季度。

至於貨柜船運業務也取得穩定的需求，惟整體市場卻是產能供應過剩，使市場競爭激烈及租金停滯不前。該公司表示，它將繼續專注生產力、成本效率及穩健的資本管理，以及配合任何海外業務市場改善的利好。

一般而言，由於目前全球經濟前景不明朗及波動不靖，全球船運市場也競爭激烈及一般的船運出租收費率不理想，使許多船運公司都在苦苦經營。

（吉隆坡6日讯）Billion Power公司通过公开市场减持股票，不再是合利（HUBLINE，7013，主板贸服股）大股东。

根据文告，Billion Power上周二（30日）以每股4仙，脱售合利的1亿股后，不再是公司大股东。

Billion Power此前持有2亿5893万113股，相等于缴足资本的8%。

该公司在12月22日至26日期间，脱售了合利2亿2170万股或6.84%股权；上周一（29日）进一步脱售5000万股。【南洋网财经】
