that mean we need to send the statement by mail, then wait for the offer letter then, mail again the offer letter. that is quite weird. |

my dear.. just go and apply online and get the email statement from PTPTN, PTPTN will go through further for processing Comfirmation 3%- 1% letter to us.. how come the offer letter?? |

we need to fill in another offer letter in order to get the 1%, the statement just for comfirmation of details update, no mean of offer the 1%. maybe the ptptn confuse with what u ask. |

that is normal loan offer letter, we still need to sign and mail to them, they can;t automatic change 3% to 1% by just after u updated details. |

但奇怪的是他们寄来时的mail并没叫我们print出来，现在才来教我们print出来，根本就是把事情弄得更乱，尤其我觉得像我一样mail已经不在了的应该也有不少 |

yes .. i know ur problem.. we also same with u, to reduce 3% to 1% kos pentadbiran, but what can we do is follow the procedure..and wait those guys response.. 1 malaysia style is like that... biasalah!!! |
