河内、沙壩&下龙湾 （配套/火车/住宿）

你们好！我这个新年一家人想去越南河内...想问问大家的意见应该before去之前定酒店和配套好，还是去到才定配套好呢？ 新年那边会特别多人吗？？

时间：2月2010 (6天5夜）
人数：4 - 爸爸,妈妈,妹妹和我

1st day - Hanoi
2nd day– HAnoi - Ha Long Bay
3rd day - Hanoi - Saga
4rd day – Saga
5th day - Hanoi
6th day - Back

Package:
Sapa Trekking Deluxe - 2days/3nights  
Ha Long Bay Standard - 2days/1night

想请问我的行程会很赶吗？
大家可以帮帮我应该怎样安排比较适合我得家人吗？
去Sapa Trekking适合我的爸妈吗？有点怕怕他们会比较辛苦...
请大家帮帮忙....

你的父母年纪大吗？他们所说的easy trekking 我觉得不适合老人家咯，easy or normal都是走一样的路线的。上次看到我妈妈走的很辛苦........感到很内疚。

我的父母50多岁....如果不去Saba不是很遗憾吗？？
将应该怎么安排好呢？？

我也是这么认为哦！不适合老人家咯。走一些轻松的行程，看一看不一样的人情风味。也许会让他们留下很好的印象。

没有头绪也害怕被人砍菜头。。。又不要太贵的。。

First night:


Pick up you at your hotel or APT Travel at 08:30 pm to Ha Noi train station catch the night train to Lao Cai. Sleep on the train

Day 1: Ha Noi - Lao Cai - Sapa
Pickup at Lao Cai train station to Sa Pa by minibus. Arrive in Sa Pa in themid-morning, and then check in hotel, have breakfast and relax, earlyafternoon the guide takes you to visit two villages of Black H’mongpeople (Cat Cat Village), a waterfall and you have a chance to see thehydroelectric power station built by the French. Back to Sa Pa fordinner. In the evening, you are free to visit Sa Pa town and LoveMarket.
Day 2: Sapa – Lao Cai - Ha Noi

Afterbreakfast, the guide takes you to the villages of the H’mong and Dzaycalled Lao Chai and Ta Van. Have lunch on the way or in a family of theethnic people. Return to Sa Pa and go back to Lao Cai train station,catch a night train back to Ha Noi. Arrive in Ha Noi at 4.00 am. Tourfinishes.

Price 2007 : 80 USD/1pax

For the airport pick up: The cost for airport pick up is 14USD/car. WHen you arrive Hanoiplease let us know your flight number and the time you arrive. Afterthat our hotel will pick you up from the airport. When you arrive theairport please follow is : HANOI GUEST HOUSE WELCOME RICHARD LIM.

我是带着我53岁的妈妈去沙坝的。去trekking其实还好，下山容易上山难，但上山有得坐摩托。不会贵，我妈和我的侄儿一起坐才2块美金。 如果不想父母trekking，但又想去沙坝，其实还能去的。那边有些配套是不用trekking的，是司机载你坐车到山脚然后又载你回的。途中是走走停停的，但亲自走过的那段路会有很好的回忆。我是去6天5夜的 。下龙湾只去一天，沙坝两天三夜。 河内市区没什么好走的。

不好意识，我没写游记。
我坐亚航，总共5个人。第一天早上到河内，在市区逛。晚上就坐火车上沙坝。第二天沙坝游。第三天白天又游沙坝，晚上坐火车回河内。第四天在河内市区逛。第五天去下龙湾一日游。第六天早上的飞机回马来西亚。很想念沙坝。
