Decline BB bench press - 5 x 10 reps
incline BB bench press - 4 x 10 reps
incline DB press - 5 x 10 reps
Flat bench DB press - 5 x 10 reps
DB pullover - 5 x 10 reps
Flat bench DB fly 4 x 10 reps
Triceps
triceps extension 3 x 20 reps
tricep bench dip 3 x 12 reps
我chest training 拿的重量还很少,大重量拿了一下就觉得肌肉累了。,barbell最多能到16.25kg (L)+16.25kg (R)...dumbell press只能到12.5kg 一边...DB fly只能用7.5kg一边。
machine bench press 10 x 8
(db press 10 做完马上做 pull up/chin up 5-10reps) 连续5set, 休息几分钟再做 5 set.
db pullover 10 x 3
db press 10 x 3
machine press 10 x 3
状态很好。
