Global Package Airport Pick-up (Optional)

The airport pick-up service operated for 24 hours consists of two types of vehicles: a Sedan and a Van. The maximum capacity of a Sedan and a Van is 2 and 4 respectively. 6. Booking Notice

• We only provide the accommodation from June 7th to 8th, 2013 for Course A and June 8th to 9th, 2013 for Course B with the above special price under the group booking. Therefore, if you want to extend your stay, you should proceed it individually with the hotel.
• It is presumed that the purchaser and the attendee are the same person. Otherwise, the ticket will be revoked immediately without a prior notice.
• Your passport must be valid for at least six months.
• It is advised that you buy travel insurance before departure, as it is not included in the Global Package.
• Depending on your nationality, you might be required to issue an entry visa. Please refer to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea.

7. Payment and Cancellation Policy

<About the Payment>

• The payment should be made on PayPal.
• Your reservation will be confirmed only if the payment is completed within 2 hours. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled automatically.
• You can either pay in full or in installments.
• Enquiries regarding PayPal should be made to PayPal.
  

<About the Cancellation>

• Once confirmed, you cannot change your plan. The change can be made by cancelling the existing reservation and re-purchasing another package. The cancellation fee will be charged according to the policy.
• You cannot cancel the reservation by yourself after completing the payment on PayPal.
• In case you want to cancel your reservation, you can either write on the QnA board or send us an e-mail tosmcnc.girlsgeneration@gmail.com.
     - When informing us regarding the cancellation, please add (Cancel Request) in front of the titles.
• Please be reminded that there will be a charge of cancellation penalty as per below, should you wish to cancel your booking after purchase.
  * The total price of the selected package determines the amount of the penalty.
  * The cancellation time is based on the Korea local time (GMT+9).
  - May 3rd to 16th 2013: 10% cancellation penalty
  - May 17th to 23rd 2013: 30% cancellation penalty
  - May 24th to 30th 2013: 50% cancellation penalty
  - May 31st to June 4th 2013: 70% cancellation penalty

8. The Guidance from S.M.C&C

<About the Reservations>

• What is the maximum number of people that can be reserved at once?
  
• Is there any additional charge?
  
• Where can I edit my personal information?
  Your personal information excluding your name and e-mail address can be edited on 'My Page'. To change your name or e-mail address, please write on the Q&A board. (Your name must be the same as the one on your passport.)
  
  
  
• Is it okay to arrive/depart on the different date from your schedule?
  
• How can I cancel my reservation?
  

<About the Hotel>

• Can I book a twin or a triple room, not sharing with others?
  No, you can’t. The reservations will be automatically classified according to the number of people in one room by the system. Also, it is impossible to change your room type on the date of checking-in for assigning you with someone else.
  
  
  
• Can I share a room and have a seat close to my friend who made a reservation separately?
  We will try our best to arrange it with a prior request, but it depends on the room vacancies and the availability of the seats.
  
  
  
• Can I specify or change the hotel that I will be staying at?
  
• Do we group check-out?
  Check-out will also be done individually.
  
  
  
• I would like to extend my stay at the hotel.
  You can do it on your own after receiving the e-mail regarding the hotel that you have been assigned to. The input of the name of the customers could be delayed sometimes under a group-booking. In this case, please e-mail us in order for the prompt handling of your extension.

• Can I change the package type or the ticket type after completing the reservation?
  

<About the Schedules>

• Is it okay to leave my luggage on the bus that we use on the second day?
  Although the bus provided on the second day is for the Global Package customers only, we advise you use the storage at the concert hall. As S.M.C&C is not responsible for any goods lost, please take good care of your belongings and valuables.
  
  
  
• Do I check-in by myself?
  You have to check-in individually, but a tour desk of S.M.C&C will be set up at your hotel for your enquiries. (Please refer to the further notice regarding the operating time.)
  
  
  
• Can I get a stamp on my S.M. Passport?
  The stamp is only available at the hall until the concert begins.
  
  
  
• Can I bring food to the hall?
  Food and drinks are not allowed in the concert hall.

<Notice: Reservation of Teenagers & Preschool Children>

• A teenager (under 18 years old) should submit the written consent of a guardian.
• You are not required to submit consent if accompanied by a guardian.
• Children under 6 will not be admitted.
• There is no additional fee for children.
  

<Notice: Entrance>

• Any banner or a piece of picture that could disturb other audience is not allowed.
• Any recording electronic devices such as digital camera, video camera, even a cell phone is not permitted during the performance. If caught recording, you will be asked to exit the hall immediately with no refund.
• Please turn off your cell phone during the concert.
• Use of the inflammables or the fire is strictly prohibited.
• No gift, wreath or fan letters to the members are accepted at this concert.
• The concert can be cancelled due to the natural disaster.
• The organizer is not responsible for any accident caused by neglecting the staff’s instructions.
  

<Notice: the Concert Seats>

• You will be drawing your concert seat at the hotel tour desk.
  - The tour desk operating hours: To be announced.
  - Please bring your official passport for the identification. (S.M. Passport is not acceptable)
  - You have only one chance to draw the ticket.
  - Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the ticket.
  - We are not responsible for your lost tickets.
  - Those who cannot attend the ticket draw on the first day can receive the ticket in the next morning.
  - The seats are drawn based on your reservation type – SGL/TWIN/TRP.
  

<Other Notices>

• Please follow the instruction of the staffs during the concert. You might be asked to leave the hall immediately if you do not do so. In this case, there is no refund for the tickets.
• The organizer is not responsible for any accident caused by neglecting the staff’s instructions.
• The concert can be stopped or suspended due to the disrupting behavior of the audiences.
• The recorded video during the concert will be used for DVD productions, TV promotions, etc. Hence, it is presumed that the audiences agree with their portrait rights.
• The event can be successfully held only when there is full support and cooperation from all the participants. Thank you.
