KUALA LUMPUR (XFN-ASIA) - Malaysia signed a deal to buy eight Alenia Aermacchi MB 339CM jet trainer aircraft for 114 mln usd, a deal which should also provide new landing rights for national carrier Malaysia Airlines in Italy.

Malaysia's defense ministry said in a statement the aircraft will be used to train pilots who will subsequently fly US-made F/A-18D aircraft and Russian Sukhoi 30s.

It said the aircraft will be delivered in stages from February 2008.

The purchase will also speed up Malaysia's request for additonal landing rights for Malaysia Airlines to Rome and Milan in Italy, according to the statement.


大马购买这个教练机另外原因。
1。 希望能够换取马航在罗马和米兰更多降陆权。

另外,aermacchi为了要这个订单,
不管成功以否,
将会免费为大马现有的mb339a进行未来五年的免费维修服务。

老实说~ 我国的两架担任CSAR的Mi-171是属于消防的~ 虽然机体容量大,但是可靠性,维修等后勤对于俄罗斯的产品来说~ 是否真得那么容易吗?这个我就不知道了~ 反而我觉得购买一些西方的直升机如Westland的~ 由于他们在我国拥有技术公司(合股)~ 所以在维修零件方面会更容易~

P/S:虽然我个人比较喜欢超级豹EH101~

大马购买的MEKO CLASS 是A-100, 南非的是A-200,
大家一起看看有什么分别。

当初马来西亚购买的Meko的时候,发展出来的Meko A还没有达到很好流线的匿藏的效果,所以当大马接受的时候,这一类的过渡型Meko A100称为 Meko A100 RMN~ 但是,在大马购买的时候,X设计也在了这个RMN设计内,所以也能在紧凑的船身内装上4发射管的Exocet/Harpoon等。而南非的则是发展成熟船体了,我倒希望我国能够买Meko A200/D系列多过购买Lekiu Batch II呢~

其实Meko200很贵,而且我不认为东南亚国家需要隐形战舰。比如新国的无畏,我觉得是浪费的。

新国的隐性舰是何用处? 防守海峡,静静的追海盗?
除了大马已经订了两架 BAE 制船舰还有别的订购吗? 看来本人觉得还是买先进直升机来取代 NURI , 出一笔钱来提升已有的军器。买了不好好的照顾,怎样来维护国家? MIG 29 就是个例子。

对于隐形战舰,我们的有共同的想法。
至于Mig-29,我们的米格保养得很好

S国的无畏级护卫舰~ 具备了远洋作战能力~ 虽然说S国的经济水域不大,但是要对外作战,到达南沙群岛是没问题的~ 我国为了要防备I国,还有也要保卫南沙的群岛以及经济水域,目前的Lekiu级具备了基本的远洋作战能力而以,而Meko A-100 RMN是勉强的跟得上(虽然目前也有派Kasturi级战舰去该水域巡逻),其他的只能在我国的水域内作战,称为近岸保卫策略型的国家,如果真的要应付南沙的冲突,防备I国的威胁,我国真的就要购买最少12艘的MEKO A200/D系列的战舰,以便可以在远洋上的作战形成了最基本的战力~

Malaysia to get Sukhoi's Spare Parts Before Time
25 April, 2006 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The problem of spare parts delivery for Russian-made aircraft purchased by Malaysia will not be an issue with the soon-to-be-delivered Sukhoi Su-30MKM jet fighters.

This is because the spare parts are due to arrive before the planes, according to Sukhoi's special adviser to the general director, Aleskey A. Poveshchenko.

"There will be a special provision for spare parts in our contract, so spare parts and ground equipment will be supplied from this year," he told Bernama in an interview at the Defence Services Asia exhibition here Tuesday.

He said by the time the planes arrive next year, there would be enough spare parts and necessary ground equipment to operate them.

On whether the company would make it possible to place orders for its aircraft's spare parts online as with major US military aircraft companies, Poveshchenko said: "I know that the special logistics unit in our company is thinking of means to expedite the supply of spare parts and Internet sales may be one of the options."

However, he said, it may not be implemented in the near future because Sukhoi aircraft were being sold to many countries with varying regulations, thus other viable options for delivery were being considered.

On the expertise needed to maintain and repair the Sukhoi planes, Poveshchenko said the Malaysian technicians would be taught in India.

"Russia has been training the Indian technicians and now the Indians can prepare the Malaysian technicians because the (Sukhoi) planes (used by India) are similar," he said.

He explained that the Malaysian version of the Sukhoi differed from the Indian plane (the Su-30MKI) because the Israeli avionics in the Su-30MKI were replaced by those French-made.

"So Malaysia will have no Israeli components in its Sukhoi planes," he added.

Yesterday, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who is also the Defence Minister, presented a letter of intent to Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) for the training of technicians from the Royal Malaysian Air Force.

Povenshchenko said a group of Sukhoi experts and technicians would be coming soon to Malaysia to assist in training and maintenance of the Su-30MKM.

"But I think the training for Malaysian technicians might start this year. It all depends on when Malaysia is signing the contract with HAL," he said.

In December last year during the LIMA exhibition, Sukhoi's first deputy chief designer Boris Bregman had spoken of plans to open a maintenance centre for Su-30MKM planes in Malaysia.

He said the maintenance scheme has already been established and that it may also be the regional service centre for aircraft supplied to neighbouring countries in Southeast Asia.

Malaysia ordered 18 of the multi-role Su-30MKM fighter-bomber in 2003, which will be used in air-to-air, air-to-ground and air-to-sea roles.

马来西亚将提早接收苏凯零件

对于即将交付的SU-30mkm,以往俄制战机零件供应问题将不存在。苏凯总执行官的特别顾问Aleskey A. Poveshchenko表示零件将会比战机更早交付。零件与后勤设备将在今年开始交付,当马方接收战机时将会有足够的零件和地面后勤设备。

他表示mkm跟印度的mki有区别因为马SU-30的原以色列航电将被法国货代替,并强调mkm上没有以色列元件。

昨天副首相兼国防部长Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak代马空军向印度Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL)提交了合作训练技术人员意向书。而Poveshchenko也表示苏凯专家与技术团将很快到达马来西亚以协助训练技术人员和协助后勤工作。至于马印的技术人员训练计划何时实施,则要看马与HAL能否达成合约。

Heli-One awarded Royal Malaysian Air Force S-61 autohover installation contract

Tuesday, November 28, 2006, Vancouver, BC, Canada:  Heli-One, an operating subsidiary of CHC Helicopter Corporation ("CHC" (TSX: FLY.A and FLY.B; NYSE: FLI) announced today that it has commenced work on a new contract to install autohover systems in six Sikorsky S61A (Nuri) helicopters owned and operated by the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF).  Heli-One was awarded the contract by Airod Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's premier aircraft maintenance center.  The contract is anticipated to generate revenues to Heli-One of approximately CDN $13.3 million over three years.

Heli-One will integrate the Smiths SN502 Autohover System based on an engineering design and upgrade developed by the Company for its European Operations division's contract in support of the Irish Coast Guard.  Heli-One has completed seven S-61 Autohover conversions to date and will adapt its commercial helicopter designs to fit this military application. Airod will provide engineering support and install the system at Airod facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Airod has extensive experience on the S61A having undertaken numerous upgrades including Night Vision capability.

"The combination of Heli-One and Airod's installation capabilities and technical expertise gave us the clear advantage when the RMAF evaluated the our joint proposal" said Mr. Chris McDowell, Heli-One's Vice President of Business Development and Sales, "We are excited about the opportunity to work with Airod and this clearly demonstrates Heli-One's commitment to the Southeast Asia customer base and military operators worldwide."

Airod CEO, Kamil Aziz said "Airod is elated that the joint Airod /Heli-One bid was most competitive and comprehensive. Airod will continue to strengthen its position as the leading Government of Malaysia's defense contractor in MRO activities especially providing upgrades and modifications."

Airod, a subsidiary of National Aerospace & Defence Industries (NADI), established in 1976 provides a variety of MRO services to military and civil operators.  Its customer base of 50 extends to 25 countries worldwide. The Government of Malaysia is Airod's valued customer with services extended to the RMAF, Royal Army Aviation, Royal Malaysian Navy, Royal Malaysian Police and Department of Fire & Rescue Services

以我们的国情,要的是一种能有一定远航能力护卫舰,而且吨位要够因为要兼具CSAR。
导弹艇太招摇过市了,只会引发不必要的冲突。

这个我跟你的意见相反了~ 我倒觉得这个毒蜘蛛确实适合我国的导弹快艇,目前我国拥有的导弹快艇只有FS1500级的,950吨级以下的导弹快艇而已~ 如:Handalan Class导弹快艇,但是这些都是年代已久的武器了.....
