在此顺便分享我的经验, 我在21/9 下单买了zenfone5, 用了RM20promotionalvoucher, 再加上刚好用cimb信用卡付款,直接又加扣了RM75..第二天就确认processorder了,结果在24/9,他们自行cancel我的order!我当然是不爽写邮件打电话去骂。。 结果就一直推。。以下就是email的内容,你们要买的话自行判断,别以为捡到便宜在那里穷开心!他们可以爽爽就取 你的订单

Thanks for admitting the actual reason why this order beingcancelled by LAZADA.
This is LAZADA mistake, not customer's! Why I should bear theadditional cost?!! I never agreed to cancel the order at the first place. Moreover, for this deal, you shall have no third party involved as this is SOLD andFULFILLED by LAZADA. Not by other companies!
I will continue to complaint to the related authority for thisissue!
These promotional discount are misleading customer as LAZADA havethe rights to cancel your order without prior notice! Then, why you still needto do promotion to attract customers?

Thanks for you response. However, this arrangement doesn't makes mesatisfied as I was originally able to purchase the phone at RM 614 after RM 95discount. At the moment of purchase, it stated "In Stock" and thisproduct wasn't sold by other supplier, but by LAZADA itself, it shouldn't haveany stock issue. This makes no sense when you said you unable to supply thisitem.
I'm willing to wait for my phone but I want the price that I orderearlier. Not the cancellation!
Anyway, I have lodge the complaint to KPDNKK. And I will makefurther complaint to any organization or authority regarding this matter.

Im really really disappointed with the output that you have provided! I alreadybought all the accessories just happily awaiting for my phone to bearrived.  Now suddenly update the status as "cancelled" and tellme because you cannot source the item and can't meet the delivery time frame,but why not update in the system properly when you start the offer? No one callme upfront for the cancellation or delay delivery too!

The conclusion is, you are not willing to honour the deal that you offered!!

就是咯!它连整个page都删除掉了!out of stock也至少第一天就告诉你没货,等了三天后直接cancel order, 不气才怪!

我之前去fb 鸟他,过后block掉我三个fb id。。。
之后连我lazada的acc也log in 不进了,status 都没得看。
没看过这样霸道的公司。
亏cari还跟他打广告。fb前几天还看到,xiaomi好像放货给他卖。我看又不知几个人中招。

我去KPDNKK投诉,可是他们却说他做不到什么!把我的case close了,要try去NCCC投诉,还有哪里可以投诉呢?发放去媒体?
