On behalf of the Board of Directors of LBS (“Board”), RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) wishes to announce that LBS, through LBS Kwasa Damansara Sdn Bhd (“LBSKD” or “Developer”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LBS Bina Holdings Sdn Bhd (“LBSH”), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LBS, entered into a conditional development rights agreement (“DRA”) with Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd as master developer and registered proprietor (“KLSB”) as well as Kwasa Development (5) Sdn Bhd (“KD5”), Kwasa Development (6) Sdn Bhd (“KD6”), Kwasa Development (8) Sdn Bhd (“KD8”), Kwasa Development (9) Sdn Bhd (“KD9”), and Kwasa Development (10) Sdn Bhd (“KD10”),  (collectively, the “Landowners”) on 30 July 2025, for the proposed development of a total of 11 parcels of freehold lands registered under the name of KLSB, measuring approximately 192.32 acres in total area. Please refer to the attachment for further details of the Proposed Development Rights. This announcement is dated 30 July 2025.
