UMA挡不住　春讯涨停板

（吉隆坡7日讯）鉴於股价飆涨，春讯集团（IQGROUP，5107，主板消费股）今日接获大马交易所发出的不寻常交易活动询问（UMA）。该公司晚间答复交易所询问的文告中指出，对公司股价异常波动的原因表示不知情。       

该股以1.11令吉的全天最低水平开跑，接获不寻常交易活动询问仍无阻该股全天呈上升走势。该股在尾盘达到1.31令吉的涨停板水平，並以该全天水平掛收，全天上涨30仙或29.703%，是全场涨幅最大的股项。其全天成交量为174万1000股，高於昨日58万8100股。

其实，春讯集团股价昨日已呈上升走势，以1.01令吉掛收，上涨20仙，为第7大上升股。该股两个交易日共涨50仙，或接近62%，成交量也有明显的增长。

投资者留意回应

另外，大马交易所在发给春讯集团的UMA中，劝告投资者要留意该公司针对大马交易所询问所作出的回应。

春讯集团是一家从事设计及生產系列红外线感应器，动感感应灯光控制器、门铃及无线影像通讯器材產品的公司。春讯集团的两家工厂分別位於檳城及中国东莞。產品主要销售到欧洲、美国、日本及东南亚市场。

拉昔胡申投行分析员今日在一份分析报告中表示，看好春讯集团的前景。报告指出，该公司在2009至2011年蒙受亏损，经过一轮业务重组及瘦身行动之后，该公司在2012財政年转亏为盈。

分析员看好该公司在2014財政年將推出一系列的新產品；同时，也有望在全球经济復甦的趋势中受惠。此外，分析员也指出，该公司拥有强稳的资產负债表，截至去年9月的凈现金为1210万令吉。

拉昔胡申投行也预测该公司2014財政年盈利將取得强劲成长，受惠於新產品更强劲的销售表现。因此，分析员给予该股「买进」投资评级，及1.84令吉目標价。[东方日报财经]

We refer to our earlier announcements dated 28 August 2009, 2 January 2014, 14 February 2014 and 18 February 2014. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide the following additional information for public release:- 1.  The net assets of SILQ (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“SILQ”) based on the latest audited financial statements as at 31 March 2013 was RM2,358,029 while the loss before and after tax of SILQ for the same corresponding financial year was RM1,525,039. 2.  The share price of RM0.2747 per share was derived based on 1.5 times of the net assets per share of SILQ as this consideration was agreed upon with Semileds so as to allow IQ to hold super majority shareholdings. The original cost that Semileds had paid for these shares in year 2009 was at par value of RM1.00 per share. The total amount of consideration is not significant in view of the prospect SILQ is expected to bring to IQ in terms of complementing our products. The figures were calculated based on the unaudited financial statements as at 31 August 2013 because both parties started their negotiation in September 2013. 3. MvPLED and related LED solutions made practical via SemiLED's support to SILQ will be given prioritised consideration for application on all new product developments within IQ-group's lighting portfolio (dependant on customer/product requirements). Given that IQ-group's spend on LEDs for the past 1 year was approximately USD 1.48m, the prospects for related usage are considerable. This announcement is dated 20 February 2014.

如果你看它11月公佈的業績報告是可以去的。。。但你現在要考慮的是最新報告會一樣那麼好？第二股票已經升了一倍在3個月內。。。還有你要短暫投資的還是長遠。。因為這家公司可能隨時沒有交易量。。。。冬眠。。。

首季淨利飆漲4倍 IQ集團漲18仙

（吉隆坡28日訊）IQ集團（IQGROUP，5107，主要板消費）首季淨利按年飆升近4倍，帶動股價勁揚，成功擠進早盤十大上升股行列，分析師認為首季業績為公司注入強心針，相信內部重組業務后，本財年表現將更強勁。

今早開市時，IQ集團已勁揚10仙至1.35令吉，早盤步步走高，並以最高價1.45令吉掛休，漲20仙，成交量111萬8600股；午盤該股保持漲幅，閉市時起18仙，掛1.43令吉，成交量149萬5400股。

興業證券研究分析師曹淑婷（譯音）在報告中指出，在銷量提高及外匯向好帶動下，該公司改善后的獲利已經佔全年預估的60%。

“首季業績加強我們對該公司的信心，相信在內部重組及整合業務后，未來數年獲利可持續增長。”

她以台灣上市公司雲辰電子開發（Everspring Industry）為例，該公司股項目前以賬面價值2.5倍交易，IQ集團僅以1倍交易，兩者產品服務性質相近，看好后者能以相近估值交易。

有鑑于此，興業證券研究給于IQ集團“買進”評級，合理價從1.84令吉提高至2.03令吉。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡27日訊）IQ集團（IQGROUP，5107，主要板消費）業績超越預測，獲券商看好出口至美日市場，加上手持現金和零貸款，上調目標價，股價應聲一度飆漲24仙至1.94令吉，創下10月1日以來最高水平。

該股以1.77令吉開跑，即起7仙，並在開盤1個小時內攀高24仙或14%至1.94令吉，為10月1日以來的最高水平，休市暫掛1.90令吉，升幅為20仙；半日成交量114萬5500股。

該股午盤稍微收窄增幅，截至下午4點半報1.86令吉，起16仙，為十大上升股，成交量134萬8700股。

該公司上半年取得1億900萬令吉營業額和1400萬令吉淨利，分別占興業證券研究全年預測的59%和99%。

除了業績超越預測，該公司現今狀況亦可觀。截至9月底，該公司手持1800萬令吉現金，以及零貸款。

該公司建議派發每股4仙中期股息，是自2007財年以來首次派息。興業證券研究指出，從該公司多年后建議派息看來，顯示業績表現已獲得改善，相信接下來可每年派息。

從出口至美國、歐洲，以及日本市場仍令人鼓舞，促使興業證券研究將2015財年的營業額和淨利預測，分別上調10%和29%，維持“買進”投資評級，並將目標價格從2.03令吉，調高至2.51令吉。【中国报财经】
