放弃没有对错只有利弊的考量。更重要的是获得认为做对决定的信念。
除了念书，人生还有很多事情是值得去做的。

当初想读phd主要是想以后可以在大学教书，因为大学lecturer的薪水很高嘛。
现在想到其实大学的lecturer大部分都是请马来人，华人很少有机会做到的，加上面对了难题，所以就决定放弃了。

我认为这种人云亦云的说法太笼统了吧。除了国立大学，还有其他私立大学，聘用的标准不能一概而论吧。不是否定肤色因素，但大学或多或少有排行压力，就得重视生产力。有些职责的确需要领域中的专人才能胜任，所以聘用考量主要以专业需求为先。除非太平庸或纯属无造之才，如果你有在业界无可取代的专业，与其他族群没有社交障碍（这点值得深思噢），人格、履历还算健康，找不到执教工作只有少数原因……一是他们还没这种专业需求，二是他们给不到你期待的薪饷。
简单来说，如果你是积极的菁英，放眼建立长远的事业，不计较短暂的荣华富贵，一旦找到需要你的专长或专业的环境，你可以成为行业里的螺丝钉，缺你不行。
但首先你必须学习成为菁英啊！

management出乃有UPM。不过，现在有很多朋友在不同的读。他们有的朋友偶也会认识。 |

I'm a Master candidate, currently conducting a research on clothing reuse behaviour. This study aims to examine the personal values and beliefs that influence the sustainable clothing reuse behaviour. Thus, I'm looking for Malaysian consumers aged 19-30 to participate in my survey. This survey is part of the requirements for my Master thesis.
