关于 AA 的 credit shell 疑问。

我是说，按了CREDIT ACCOUNT，过来是什么 ？

按了 credit account ／ refund，会出现这个 page：

当然，由于这个我是 澳门 回 KL，你的情况就和我买我父母的一样，来回有两个 格子可以让你选择打勾（看你要 refund ／ credit shell 去程，还是回程）

然后 按 comfirm 就可以，之后会收到 AA 给你的一个 comfirm email，确定你已经 要求 refund ／ 转credit shell 了。

原来是酱。

CHANGE FLIGHT的就比较多页。
有PICK A SEAT，才去CONFIRM。
之前我在五月五的去CHANGE FLIGHT，过了PICK A SEAT，按CONFIRM就出ERROR了，我只要E－FORM去改。

请问你知道credit shell 是回到定票人户 还是持票人，请问谁知道？

我的是 本地航班。。因为也是更改时间。。。

所以，取消了。。

可是它只给我2个选择。。1是改时间， 2是credit shell...

因为时间配合不到，所以，我就选择credit shell....

请问credit shell 可以转为现金吗？

因为一定要在3个月内用掉。。。

根据我所知道，credit shell 不可以拿回 现金 cash，他只是把你的航费，转成 point，然后在 3个月里，必须用掉。

如果你没有需要用到，你可以把 credit shell 再转卖出去。。例如你有 RM300 credit shell，你可以用 RM250 的价格，转卖出去给需要的人。

因为它会给你一个 serial number for your credit shell。你如果卖给了那个人，他就可以利用这个 number 来买机票。

你好，想请问你一下，我朋友因为泰国乱的原因，结果AA退回CREDIT 给他了。他现在要用CREDIT买机票。可是到了MAKE PAYMENT那里，选了E VOUNCHER GIFT要付款时，为何那个CREDIT不能REDEEM？也就是说，不能MINUS。。。。。


比如飞机票时RM500，要用RM500 MINUS CREDIT，可是为何MINUS 不到？

是不是一定要LOG IN 在AIRASIA 里面先，才可以在MAKE PAYMENT时， 使用CREDIT ACCOUNT 来买票？

（我是已经有AA CREDIT SHELL的了，只是，不懂为何使用不到）

c lick 进去要还CREDIT PAYMENT时， AA说我的CREDIT 被redeem 了
可是我真的没有redeemm啊

由于泰国的局势不稳定，我没有去曼谷，所以亚航把我的机票换成CREDIT SGD 322给我了，REDEEM 的截止日期是11/4/2014
可是今天我要上网使用CREDIT 买飞机票时，我log in后，去MY CREDIT ACCOUNT， 居然显示我的CREDIT =0.00 SGD，

可是，我真的没有使用那个CREDIT啊。。。也没有做REDEEM啊

为何会这样的？

credit was given on 11 jan but record shown redeem on 13 jan



问题是，我根本没有REDEEM啊，。，。因为REDEEM的截至日期是11/4，我无须这么急着REDEEM啊

可是刚才我CLICK 进去时， AA说我的CREDIT 在13 JAN 被REDEEM了

你就拿来订行李，飞机餐等……不然3个月后就会被“吃掉”
