海豚物流卖子公司告吹

（吉隆坡2日讯）海豚物流（COMPLET，5136，主板贸服股）宣布，脱售子公司GEMS物流私人有限公司的交易告吹。

根据文告，该公司今日和买家达成协议，终止买卖合约。

一旦该合约终止后，卖方有权不偿还订金，而且不得就买卖合约的任何问题，向买家提出反对。

海豚物流于去年5月和2名买家签署买卖合约，以150万令吉脱售GEMS物流的股权。【南洋网财经】

海豚物流508万柔佛购地

（吉隆坡15日讯）海豚物流（COMPLET，5136，主板贸服股）宣布，子公司Pengankutan Sekata私人有限公司（PSSB）以508万令吉，收购柔佛州的一片地皮与工厂。

这片土地占地约3英亩，位于新山避兰东地区，PSSB是透过法庭拍卖购得。

海豚物流向马交所报备，收购将在10月11日之前完成，并供PSSB用作仓库与厂房。【e南洋】

今天是2016年的最后一天。在分析物流业领域时，发现了一颗未磨亮的原宝石，一旦被市场关注，其股价就有望绽放光芒，您想知道这家专攻冷门路线，却成功占据市场的物流公司吗？

这家公司就是小型的物流公司，COMPLET 5136 海豚物流，它在2016年的最后一个交易日的闭市价是0.66。

其它更好的因素包括了它现在的估值处于偏低的位置，这点就提供了上涨的空间。而在2015年底我选择了先后以1.47买入TNLOGIS和0.87买入CENTURY，我想当时COMPLET的本益比应该是很高所以才会没有买入，当年2015年第二季的季报业绩是亏损的，如今这家公司的本益比仅为5.3倍。

至于CENTURY，我也在今年的9月9日以1.01清空了。如今CENTURY的股价在0.88，基本面数据是每股盈利是5.22，每股净有形资产有0.76，PE则是16.85倍，ROE只有6.83。

保留TNLOGIS是看好该公司盈利具韧性及产托上市计划将照跑。

COMPLET的基本面数据是每股盈利是12.25，每股净有形资产有1.00，PE则是5.3倍，ROE则有12.2。

海豚物流业务除了地面运输，报关及拖运等，森州汝来的内陆码头经营权是另一亮点。

它目前有8艘拖船和200辆拖格车头，为集团提供稳定的利润来源。

更重要的亮点是它在森州汝来经营的内陆码头，这个内陆码头投入运作之後，海豚物流的营业额比过去四年增加了一倍，达到9370万零吉。

物流业在2015年遭遇不景气，海豚物流在2012年更蒙受1860万零吉亏损。不过，去年靠着内陆码头，生意超越整个行业的表现。

它在2016年第一季的净利是535万零吉，可以见到汝来内陆码头的威力。

配合公司的业务发展，海豚物流也在巴生斥资1340万零吉买地建仓库。

海豚物流也把不赚钱的子公司和船只脱售，可以说进行去芜存菁的整顿，因此接下来的两年，很有机会大展鸿图。

若以目前的股价进行累积，再长期持有，这家公司按目前的发展情况，股价有机会翻倍。

这家公司的股票只有1亿224万股，是典型的小股本公司，它将赚钱业务集中後，很有机会冲出一条新路。

海豚物流575万购甲工业地

（吉隆坡21日讯）海豚物流（COMPLETE,5136,主板贸服组）建议以574万8613令吉代价，向甲州发展机构（PKNM）购置一片位于马六甲野新艾肯（Elkay）工业园区土地。

该公司在文告中指出，该地段面积约为4.399英亩，该公司以每平方米30令吉价格收购该地段。购买该地段的主要目的，是为了打造物流中心，支援当地物流业务。
